Just a few lawn chairs along the wall while you wait. Very small parking lot. It's an in-and-out-and-on-your-way place.“

“I rarely eat ice cream, and I rarely leave reviews. When I decide to do both, you will know that I want to talk about something good or something terrible ? I prefer to eat quality ice cream. I am an RN, and I have been on call in this area since this morning. I found this location on Google on my way home (have a 45-minute commute ahead of me), and I chose this place over a few other local places. I ordered a raspberry chocolate milkshake. This ice cream is soooooo good, and soooooo rich and creamy, that I am still in the parking lot and writing this review (not even done with the shake). The shake is thick, but the flavor of this ice cream...AMAZING. I haven't had ice cream like this since I was a kid. I do not live locally, but I plan to be back. I initially thought the cost was a bit pricey for a small shake, especially since most places don't use or make the best ice cream...and they end up drowning whatever flavor that you ask for in milk. Well, that was not the case today. The shake was thick and delicious, and it was 100% worth every single penny. The service was prompt, and the servers were courteous. I will definitely be back when I work in this area again. What a perfect find, especially before the summer months! If you know the difference between ordinary ice cream, and quality ice cream, treat yourself and come here. I can't wait to try some of the other flavors. Yummy! “It was my first time here. I went back-and-forth between Better Brownie Batter and Moose Tracks, wanting some kind of chocolate texture with my ice cream. And the winner is ?…Moose Tracks!I sure got it with this one. The unexpected amount of smooth fudge chunks in this bad boy, only an adult can appreciate. I actually had to cut the pieces with my spoon, swirl it around with caramel I added, then taste the small pops of peanut butter when I bit into a mini peanut cup. Lord have mercy. I was in heaven. I got so detailed here, I felt like I was ready for magazine ?.One more thing, before I let you go. I felt like a kid again, dripping ? on the table, in the moment, enjoying Monster Inc. on their TV. “I grew up in Lacey but my family never really came to Ralph's... and oh my gosh we were missing out!!!! This is the BEST ice / ice cream I've had in my life. I got a small cotton candy ice + mint cookie crumb cream ice. Both had excellent flavor, such a smooth texture, and there was so much packed in a small!! This is a super great quality ice. It does not even compare to the junk at Rita's--go to Ralph's and get something actually delicious and totally worth your money!!!“

“I ordered a custom ice cream for a special occasion. Cake was made exactly to my request, everything from the different layers, ice cream flavors, & toppings. Everyone enjoyed the cake and asked, "Where is the ice cream cake from?" If you have a peanut butter lover in your life, I highly recommend this peanut butter themed ice cream cake. Aside from this custom order, we are regular customers. The ice cream sundaes are our favorite. You always get good portions (scoops) served. The medium is almost too much for me. That's a good thing. Chocolate Chip Mint, Hot Fudge, Whipped Cream, and topped with M & Ms is my favorite.“

While we were waiting for the cake to decorated, a very kind gentleman (maybe the owner?) asked if he could give my daughter a small ice cream with sprinkles for free. “We took our non-verbal autistic sister here and the young girls working the register and helping us with our order were so incredibly sweet. They let her try a few samples and decide which she wanted and when it came to the toppings they held up a few spoonfuls so she could confirm which ones she wanted. It was very nice to have our sister feel included in her ordering process!“

“My husband & I have been going to this bakery and ice cream shop frequently since we moved to this area about six years ago. They have a great selection of ice cream, italian ice, and milkshakes. They feature seasonal flavors. Today, I brought home the homemade Shamrock Icecream. It's a minty creamy homemade flavor, a must try! They feature so many different bakery items, but I'll mention a few of our favorites; their moist fluffy big homemade brownies, their homemade cookies (especially the ones with the jelly in the middle), and their dessert cups. The dessert cups are unique to their bakery. It's a mix of cupcake filling,some icing, pudding, or cream, and additional toppings, etc, with flavors like tiramusu, cannoli, red velvet, key lime, & more! All items are top-notch as far as flavor. One of the best in the area. The store is clean. Staff is super friendly. They always remember my husband & I. I was over due to write a review. I'll be back to post reviews of future purchases we enjoy. Great local business of Lacey!“

“My son loves Rita's. I enjoy taking him here for a quick treat. Usually fast. Pricing is normal. I got 3 items the last time; 2 drinks and the sampler that consists of 4 different choice flavors of Italian ice. You can add a bit of custard to the center of the tray, however when I was asked if I wanted lids for everything I said yes. I wasn't thinking that there is no spot for the custard to go so they put the custard in between in the middle of the 4 flavors in the tray so I got my 2 custard drinks covered and the sampler platter so the custard was smothered down flat LOL. Probably should have double checked since we got that custard on it ?“

“I happened to come across this cute place in Google maps search since I was in area. I did online order and it was done pretty quickly! The place was very clean and a lot of cute plushies and decor and tasty food!I ordered a medium Cinnamon Toast Crunch Shake and a Bubbles 07 special crepe and it was all very tasty! The crepe was stuffed full and the filling has equal parts meat and veggies and was enough to feed two. The shake has lots of cinnamon toast crunch goodness. I really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend and come back to this place again“

“Good homemade ice cream spot. Sometimes they'll have cool flavors like PB&J. Service is always good. They can get crazy busy in the summer. I have received freezer-burned ice cream one time. If you're going during a slower time or earlier in the season when ice cream may have been sitting for a while, go with a more popular flavor to avoid getting ice cream that may have been sitting. Otherwise 5 stars.“

“As some who has grown up here. I love this place. The sell Boba too!!!The staff is always nice and provides great conversations. Also the staff is great with kids from experience, they are always willing to help a little one when down. All the workers are very understanding and apologetic. The store is kept clean and the workers are always busy!!!Overall a great place had a lot of offer and is much better then the other candy shops around as all the chocolate is fresh and made at this location in the back!!!“
