Worse place ever, I do not recommend, first I was on hold for about 10 mins twice before I completed my order as I was about to hang up he came back on the phone. He told me 45mins so 45mins would be 10pm, at 10:15pm I call he told me my pizza was left on the front step. No one call to say my pizza was there and That was not my steps because I was on the other side of the house which I told them. So now I don't even know how long it was there. Never again.

I called the around 6:45 tonight to order pizza for my mom and my sister. I left them around 7pm. I told them to call me if the pizza isn't to them by 8pm. My mom said no pizza. I called around 8:16pm to find out where the driver was. I was told the driver was 4 minutes away. I told my mom to wait in the lobby of the hotel which is only 1.8 miles away from the hotel. She stood waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes before I called again. I was put on hold for 5 minutes. The driver was ignoring the guy who was calling. Finally the pizza came but it wasn't the order I placed!!!!! I ordered a Hawaiian pizza with a diet coke. My mom said it was a plain pizza with bread sticks, was ICE COLD, and no soda. She was beyond livid. Driver said he was going back to get her order and we canceled it. I then ordered from Parippany location to pick up and with me ordering it and delivering it to my mom took only 30 MINUTES TOTAL!!! I do not recommend this place. I canceled my order and got my money back. If you want a completely different order and ice cold food, then be my guest. I will never order from them again. I'd rather order from Parsippany and make the trip to my mom and sister instead of ordering from this place.

Pathetic - I am going to stop eating dominoes going forward from today.Here is what happened - I ordered pizza no meat and picked up - came home to find out pizza has chicken in it. Called 7 pm to store -store was unable to refund and said we will deliver. Food was not delivered till 8 pm - called again and said no driver available but pizza is ready.I visited store to pickup and pizza was not even started forget about ready. I left store without any pizza and suggested my family to stop eating domino’s.

This is not a good Domino's. It is clearly understaffed, I had to wait ~1.5hr for a delivery once, pizza arrived cold.Take out is not too bad, because location is convenient and there is parking, but they are very slow.

Absolutely the worst establishment, in every way possible. Poor service all around. The rep over the phone took 15+ minutes fumbling to simply take the address, before I requested to speak with his “manager”. After over 2 hours I call the store for an update, the “manager” claims the driver is in route. After another hour of waiting, (we are 1 mile from the store) the driver calls me to say “I’m outside” come out, rather than taking the extra minute to deliver the food properly as paid for. After all this, the pizza was not even what I ordered. On top of that, it was ice cold, almost as if it’s been sitting out for 3 hours… Overall a horrendous experience from all angles. I only recommend this branch if you enjoy unprofessionalism and cold pizza.

This place is by far the worst pizza ordering and food quality experiences ever in my life. The delivery says 18-33 mins if you are within a 10 min drive radius but twice the food took over 1.5 hours. Which pizza takes 1.5 hrs to make and deliver the suburbs?? I called them several times and they said the driver is on the way. Obviously they are lying. Then the driver called me saying Google maps could not find my address so he has to go back to the store and download the app to find directions. The food arrives after 2 hours from ordering and is cold. We threw away the pizza. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

Whatever new management they have is just producing horrendous pizza. Used to be decent quick food, but sometime about a year ago, things changed for the worse.

I'd give this place 0 stars if possible. Food took over an hour to arrive (I live about 10 mins from this location). Had to call the store multiple times after the app showed it was delivered when it had yet to arrive. Guy answering the phone told me they only have one delivery driver to which I replied that it still shouldn't take over an hour and then they just kept saying "sorry" over and over to try and get me off the phone because he couldn't provide me with an actual ETA of when my food would arrive. Delivery driver called when he finally arrived and just said "I'm outside" like he expected me to walk out to his car to get the food so he didn't have to get out. Food was barely warm and looked like it had been sitting out.I will NEVER order from this location again. When you call it says "under new management" but the new management obviously isn't getting it done.

Delivery was sooo fast that something seemed off and when I opened the box it looked and tasted terrible!!! Burnt and messed around. Never going to order from here. My love for dominos has just gone downhill from this one experience/location.
