“I had the occasion to visit - and enjoy - JM's here as part of a 1,700 mile round trip ( GA-NJ-GA) to visit my ailing - but recovering - brother. First interaction was ordering for an impromptu "indoor picnic" that included two of my sisters at brother's house. The team on duty were cheerful and really knew their stuff, handling an order for two #5s, a #6 and a tuna with ease. Result: Delicious and family-fun time. My second encounter involved ordering my fave #5 for the long drive back to GA. I was lucky to have the same great crew and their cheerfulness was as fresh as the JM's ingredients. “The food was very good. Sloppy joes are absolutely phenomenal. Ruben was amazing. Subs were completely on par. The rye used for the sloppy joes and Reubens was soft and flavorful and not overbearing. The sub rolls were quite soft which made for a pleasant surprise. Personally I don't like rolls that are too hard or crusty that obliterate the roof of your mouth. The bread here is exceptional.Owners were so pleasant and thoughtful. Catered to my many requests because I wanted to try a little bit of everything. They make mini sandwiches here as well so it makes it easy to sample a lot. Despite living in the area for longer than the 42 years that this shop has existed in its current location, this was my first time visiting.I would strongly recommend this place. The sloppy joes are without fail the best I have had. The atmosphere is that of a little sub shop on any main Street in Jersey and is appealing in that regard. “I was casually walking down rainbow road when Mario, Donkey Kong and Shy guy grabbed me and brought me to this Subway. A guy whose name I think was maneater told me I had to eat 100 cookies or else Donkey Kong would turn me into a banana. I said ok and began this grueling challenge. I started chowing down on the cookies and when I reached the halfway point Machoman told me that the rest of the cookies would be footlong cookies, I said "radical" and continued. I was enjoying the last two cookies when all of a sudden Rick Grimes and superman walked in and blew up Donkey Kong, Mario and Shy guy and told me the walkers were coming and I had to leave. I said goodbye to Magic Mixing Machine and he said that wherever I go I could just reach into my pocket and pull out a free footlong cookie.10/10 would recommend, if you survive the walkers roaming around.“
“Hidden in plain sight. There's no way you'd think a random small deli in a strip mall would make sandwiches this good. You'd be thinking wrong. The epic sandwich board has a ton of options, each one sounds better than the next. The Turkey BLT and Cranberry Walnut chicken sandwiches were both great. It's not what I would call a romantic cozy spot, but that's not what I'm looking for in a sandwich deli. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying more. I can only imagine how popular they could be in a more prominent location.“
“I always drive by this place and since my son is off, took him there. The staff was nice and made sure that us being there for the first time knew exactly what we were ordering. I got a turkey sandwich and my son got the chicken cutlet. Both sandwiches were amazing and my son complimented that this was the best he had and like wise same for me. I asked him what would u rate it he gave 5 stars out of 5. So for a ten year old think he knows what he's talking about. Will be coming back here often.Parking: They have a parking lot in the back but didn't get a chance to go in as that street is busy so I parked on a side street.“

Which is A1 in NYC.To my surprise I give this Pastrami Sandwich #1 In N.J.Bypass the old landmark store downtown Newark that sells Pastrami on Halsey st.There is a New King in town it's Abbys Deli. Can’t beat their prices for the quality and portion of food you receive. They are very friendly when you walk in and always remember you when you return! “My first time getting food here and it was rockin! I found them on grub hub. I'm always looking for a good chicken cutlet sandwich, and they deliver here ( had a #10). They don't skimp on the sandwich, use fresh ingredients, and the bread was soft and delicious. The fries were also top tier. I'll definitely be back, found my new spot for sandwiches. Only thing I would prob change was to use balsamic glaze instead of vinaigrette, but the sandwich was so good I didn't care.“
