Food is good but the customer service is awful!!! The lady who answers the food is so rude, and that's if she even answers the phone. Tried to call 5 times for another order and kept ringing until I got the voicemail and I wasn't even able to order. I will no longer be supporting this establishment.

The wings here are good; at least the ones I had. I also got some fish too with fries and both were delicious and hit the spot. They have an array of flavors for them wings, but I kept it simple with mine. Soft drinks were really cold, which is good thing. Staff were nice and friendly. I'll definitely be back.

The food is good but the SERVICE!! Some of the people are disgusting and don't want to do their jobs. You can call the number but they will not answer. Depending on who's working, you might get good service.

I'm going to give them four stars, because the food is amazing. However the customer service needs a whole lot of work! Today's visit was good in terms of customer service because the associate was very professional yet stern, but this hasn't always been the case unfortunately. I've had some encounters with previous staff that were very unprofessional and flat out rude and standoffish! Now to the food, the fish is amazing, the shrimp are out of this world, and the wings are pretty good also! Although very rare, this js one of those cases where I'm willing to sacrifice customer service for such good food at the end of the day.

This is a small to-go wing spot in Orange. They always have a bit of a line so I would recommend you order in advance. I really appreciate that what they do, they do it well. They show you your order before they bag it for quality assurance. The "customer service" can come across as dry but I appreciate the attention to detail in place of the small talk. The wings looked DELICIOUS and good in size. I ordered the lemon pepper wings which were a dry rub and a cheesesteak with everything (peppers, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, and Mayo). Great portion size for the price.

If your looking for fast service and good chicken at a fair price this spot is for you. This is my go to chicken spot when I'm just looking for a quick bite, I recommend the lemon pepper sauce on the tenders!!!

I've had their wings before and they were delicious. Since COVID-19 restrictions and the delivery of my newborn/infant I've tried to order for delivery 2-3 times because I limit our outdoor interactions. The card machine is almost ALWAYS "out of order" but I presume it's because they don't want to pay the percentage businesses have to pay when accepting card payments.UberEats- just don't even do it to yourself andDoorDash- as recently as today, 10/19/2020 the order is sent and after 20 minutes you find that the order has been cancelled on their end.I've seen other responses from a representative saying that its a DoorDash issue, but if after sometime this issue has not been rectified then remove yourself from that service and partner with another organization/app or update your listing on Google and elsewhere to indicate you will not do delivery.Clearly, you don't need deliveries to survive so if you don't want to accommodate it, then get rid of that false advertisement.Maybe one day in the future I'll try their food again.

Horrible customer service on Doordash. They processed my order and sent a confirmation; then 30 minutes later, they sent an email saying that my order's been cancelled, because they were unable to process the order with the restaurant. What!? They refunded me the order, and then said nothing else. So, 30 minutes ago it wasn't possible to determine whether the restaurant could process the order or not? I'm confused.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever experienced...for one thay NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE...you can never call for pick up...and when you get there and let them know you been calling thay dont even care....you have to wait 20min just for the little chubby light skin girl who works at the counter to stop talking to her friends before you can even place a order....the worst...I would NEVER GO THERE AGAIN and im gonna let all my peoples and friends know not to go there...if you want good service go to the one in ORANGE NJ...and thay ANSWER the phone

The customer service here is laughable. When a customer came in thinking her order was wrong, a worker explained everything, but the way she explained was kind of rude. Once the customer left she proceeded to tell me "one minute" to talk crap about the customer to another employee in front of me. After being told "one minute" three times I walked out. Im all for being patient and waiting, but not when I have to wait for a worker to finish talking badly about another customer.

i love they food believe it or not i ate dinner from here 3 days straight, my favorite is the lemon pepper tenders with fries and 2 packs of ranch sauce, and the employees there is mad cool they always nice to me.

I’ve placed an order with DoorDash, America’s best took my money off my card, then told my dasher they machine is down... they temporarily closed the store for 10 minutes then put it back up that they are open... DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THEY ARE PLAYING WITH PEOPLES MONEY !!!!!
