The food is good but the SERVICE!! Some of the people are disgusting and don't want to do their jobs. You can call the number but they will not answer. Depending on who's working, you might get good service.
I'm going to give them four stars, because the food is amazing. However the customer service needs a whole lot of work! Today's visit was good in terms of customer service because the associate was very professional yet stern, but this hasn't always been the case unfortunately. I've had some encounters with previous staff that were very unprofessional and flat out rude and standoffish! The wings here are good; at least the ones I had. I also got some fish too with fries and both were delicious and hit the spot. They have an array of flavors for them wings, but I kept it simple with mine. Soft drinks were really cold, which is good thing. Staff were nice and friendly. I'll definitely be back.
