Very pleasant experience 5 Stars! Today I ordered the Beef Stew with Rice & Peas and Mac & cheese, My husband had the J*** Chicken. Both meals were delicious, well-prepared with lots of flavor, & the portions are Huge! Compliments to the Owners & Cooks! & the very kind owners came outside to help us when our car was having issues, we appreciate their hospitality & kindness. K & D is well worth the visit, give them a try!
I tried this place for the first time based off the reviews. I paid $25 for oxtails, which is typical now a days. I got mac & cheese , rice and and peas as well as plantains. The mac & cheese was great, but the plantains taste like PAPER. The young lady at the front was nice and accommodating. These oxtails are to die for!!!! Very tender and seasoned perfectly. This was a student request for her birthday and we were nervous to spend $60 on food that we have never eaten . This was well worth it!!!
