What a solid solid place. Really enjoy the pho and especially the owner and her hospitality. Thanks rosa for always being so generous and supportive of princeton undergraduate events!

Shoutout to restaurant owner Rosa for being super helpful and nice! Ordered a large deliverycatering order for an event and she was super patient and even willing to deliver after restaurant hours (with an after hours delivery fee of course, but very reasonable considering how much out of the way she went for us). The food from here is great! We ordered an assortment of banh mi, barbeque pork, spring rolls, and a few more iconic foods and were very happy. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to dine in at the actual physical location, but I hope to do so sometime. However, I'm sure that if it's anything like Rosa, it'll have super warm, friendly, and welcoming vibes!

the pho is fine but not the best I've ever had, but still pretty enjoyable have never tried the banh mi but heard it's good it's a pay at the counter style of restaurant where they bring the food to you, the service is normally pretty fast which I would expect of a Vietnamese restaurant

think this place is a lovely addition to the hightstown/east windsor area. it is a little pricey. but the banh mi isnt and its perfection! i always get the bbq pork or the lemongrass beef. the marinade is amazing and the veggies are fresh!! delicious food and amazing service/people who work there. love it.

An impromptu visit to this low key Vietnamese storefront delivered a very tasty lemongrass beef báhn mi and noodle soup that hit all the right spots in my pleasure center. The order at the counter, eat-in arrangement made the meal almost fast-food quick without the slop in a bag bums rush. A new destination when I'm in the area. Five optimistic stars.

Ordered chicken pho on Uber eats. Description stated marinated chicken in traditional broth. Served with hoisin and siracha. Chicken was bland no seasoning which means not marinated. Sauces weren't given so soup was bland as well. Left review on Google and owner blames me after changing description. I know what it said bc my wife and I looked at the description before I posted review bc I wasn't sure.

my first time here! Love how there is dining room to sit in! The pho and the iced tea were top notch, just wish he didn't put ice more than tea. The pho was huge and had a lot of flavor! the owners are friendly too! I would come again soon!

A cute little place in a large East Windsor shopping center. You order at the counter pay and are told you can leave your top now or on the table. I thought that was strange.. all I did was order. Yes someone brings the food, but we could easily have gone to the counter to get our food. No one checked on us or any of the standard wait staff activities. This must be my Vietnamese for week. On Saturday, I ate at Lua in Edison. I actually ordered similar dishes. Lua was much better at vermicelli with pork and shrimp and included the usual egg roll. At Baguette, it was today's special no egg roll. The pork was fried like crisp bacon . It was unusual. The fish was good but not special. Next time, we will try the Banh Mi!

Best pho in the town! Clean and pleasant restaurant with a lot of selections of pho and bubble tea choices. I've tried most of the menu such as beef noodle soup, bahn mi, lemongrass pork chop, Vietnamese summer rolls, Vietnamese coffee and they are all very authentic. My boys love the spring roll, fishball and mango smoothies! The beautiful owner, Rosa, is always so friendly and cheerful smiling to welcome us and other customers which is a plus and make you feel so warmth while enjoying the meal! Thank you for the hardwork maintaining a good family restaurant that we all love

Updated 12/29/23:We came back on a Sunday afternoon and the Pho is phenomenal and flavorful as I remembered. The broth is light and no MSG so my daughter sipped up all the broth! The place is well maintained. If you love Pork, try their R3-Pork Chop Combo. Love it there and will come back again soon!If you are looking for a Vietnamese authentic pho noodle soup, Baguette Bistro is the right place to go. My family tried a Vegetarian noodle soup N5, a Super Combo Noodle soup with extra brisket, Rice with Pork chop and all are delicious. The place is always crowded at lunch time but their service is excellent, meals come out less than 15 minutes. The staff is friendly we were so happy to leave a great tip for them :). I will try the Vermicelli with Garlic Shrimp next time!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at baguette bistro and it was a good experience. The standout dish for me was the beef rib pho as their daily special – a true culinary delight. The beef rib was impeccably prepared, incredibly tender, and practically melted in my mouth with each savory bite. The N1, featuring rare beef pho, was equally impressive. The flavors of the soup were rich, aromatic, and authentic, showcasing a perfect balance of spices and freshness. The overall dining experience was delightful, and based on the delicious offerings, especially the beef rib pho, I'm eagerly looking forward to returning. This place has certainly earned a spot on my list of favorite Vietnamese restaurants.
