Service was fine, seems like staff was newer and learning the ropes which is fine because their attitude was very good. I had the Big Mouth Crispy Chicken Sandwich which was outstanding, super crispy yet juicy and tender on the inside. The sandwich comes with fries which were served hot and tasty. Overall an amazing value at $12.99. I left the restaurant full, my daughter had the same and took half of the meal home since the portion was so large.
Chili's has definitely gone downhill! From the host to the waiter, TERRIBLE! I frequented here a few times this year and never experienced such bad service all the way around. Chili's of Eatontown, you def need to do better bc having patrons walk out bc of no service, your waiters forgetting orders and drink will def keep customers away! The things I witnessed on Sat 10/ 28 night will def keep me away!
