“The food was absolutely delicious! We go to NYC often, but this is the best dim sum we have ever had. First, we got the veggie dumplings and the chicken soup dumplings. We were originally going to get the dumplings and different food, but we loved the dim sum so much that we got seconds. We will definitely go back soon! If you are around, you should definitely check Joe's home of soup dumplings out.Vegetarian options: Veggie dumplings are delicious!Kid-friendliness: The soup dumplings are a fun family activity!“

“How have I not written a post for this place yet when this is my go to for soup dumplings! Restaurant has plenty of seating. Service is fast-paced and turns tables quick. Soup dumplings are hot, soupy and delicious and their menu is just as good. Other menu favorites and must try is the salt and pepper squid, scallion pancakes/pancake w sliced beef, with cucumber salad to pair.“

“After seeing the chicken dub rice review above, I ordered it.It was delicious as expected. The sauce was salty, but it was okay to eat with rice and chicken. The portion size was so large that 4 people could eat it all, and although the food itself had a strong flavor like Chinese food, there wasn't much difference in likes and dislikes. It was a house that I thought would be okay to come again next time.“

“Overall, everything is pretty good, no complaints. The bean curd beef goes well with rice. The Qianlong shredded eel is also good. The nine-spice rabbit meat has no fishy smell. My favorite is the sesame-flavored kidney slices. I will come back again.“

This spot is now a must visit whenever im in nyc. Go to orders are the Peking duck with the salt and pepper duck bones, preserved ham fried rice and szechuan string beans. “Really good Shanghainese food, definitely best in the area. All their dumplings they do really well. Soup dumplings, pan fried dumplings with the crispy skirt, seared pork buns... all delicious. Their scallion oil noodles are also really good. Usually other places end up being bland but these are super flavorful and lots of scallion flavor. Very sweet service too, all shanghainese staff/chefs so you know it's authentic.“

“Great neighborhood Chinese restaurant. The service was very attentive. All the servers help all the tables. The soup dumplings were really big and the dumpling sauce was really good - not too vinegary or salty. The spare ribs had a great flavor. The scallion pancakes had a good flavor but were too thick which made them more doughy rather than crispy. The sauteed string beans was my favorite dish. They were so flavorful and delish.“

“I work in Chelsea and the food scene has always been total balls. Pretentious, overpriced, crowded restaurants that push you out as soon as you arrive. Hao noodles has quickly become my number 1 spot. It's delicious, bright, and friendly. You can go for a cheaper meal or ball out. I go all the time and will continue to go. Highly recommended.“

“Very tasty and authentic dim sum! I tried the pork buns, shumai, and crab & pork soup dumplings, which were all delicious. I especially loved the cold appetizer bean curd and black mushrooms, which was super tangy. I would definitely come here again, especially with a large group.“

“very affordable price and we enjoyed all of the dishes! i rarely see sticky rice siu mai in restaurants so this was a pleasant surprise. the hong kong style fried rice had a lot of flavor and the chinese sausage mixed in is the perfect combo. both pork belly dishes were good, it just depends on your taste preference. get the double cooked pork belly if you prefer spicy and the pork belly w/ mustard greens if you prefer sweet. only down side about the second option is it only comes with two buns, but the pork tastes great with rice too. the string beans and scallion pancakes were pretty standard but good additions to the meal.“

“This Chinese restaurant is situated in Chinatown and is quite popular in the area. We tried the Chongqing Spicy Fish and Golden Beef Soup. Even though we only ordered two dishes, it was more than enough for three people. The Chongqing Spicy Fish was exceptional – one of the best I've had in the States. It's not just incredibly spicy but also very flavorful. Highly recommend it for fellow spicy food enthusiasts. The Golden Beef Soup was a unique experience for me, and it had a fantastic taste. If you love Chinese-style spiciness, I would highly recommend it to you.“
