LouCas offers a wonderful dining experience with friendly and efficient staff. The specials like halibut over lobster risotto and scallops are fantastic. The hot antipasto for 2 and stuffed shrimp are delicious choices. Despite being a little pricey, the whole branzino special and stuffed lobster tails are worth it. The upscale yet relaxed atmosphere easily earns LouCas 5 stars.
