food was terrible. the chilli fries were so salty. New York steak tasted like old cook oil with a side of grease soaked bread similar taste with onion rings. we decided to throw the food away....worst of all, the staff were so unhappy they looked like they wanted to jump off a bridge. franchise owner needs to take a look at this place. Pluss if you look at my other reviews. I rarely, if ever, give negatives.
The food is not worth it for the price.The service is very bad. Cashier don’t want to ask any question clearly and once we payed, said a « I my god » like we are not good clients.Sanaa, if you read this…Result : one (very bad) fish burger not expected and no sauce to dip in the hush puppies even if we asked to.Never be back again

Opened 30 minutes late. Cheese steak was decent but missing the sauce and the cheese was most definitely a cheap "cheese sauce" not the boasted American cheese. Fries had good curb appeal but no crisp at all. Pretty high priced for a dressed up Arby's sandwich...
