This is the closest Dunkin to me yet id rather drive past it to go to a further location. The coffee is always burnt, the egg and sausage on sandwiches is never thoroughly cooked, and the staff is most unpleasant. I’ve also paid for gift cards, which turned out to never have been loaded or activated. I don’t know how this location is still up and running. Horrendous experience all around, EVERY time

Coffee always tastes burnt even when I say very light my coffee is dark. Always served a stale bagel that is so dry it's disgusting. You would think at 8:30/9 bagels would be fresh.Especially at the price of food these days what a waste. It just always seems disappointing . Would definitely not recommend

The truth is, I am very disappointed in the way they are serving customers at this location. I wanted to go to the bathroom first before buying a coffee. But they made me buy first so I could use the bathroom.The woman who is the cashier forced me to buy first so she could use the bathroom. They went to Dunkin donuts many times and this had never happened like today at this location.??

Had a very pathetic experience and when I asked for receipt to report the girl at the counter conveniently tore her name from the receipt. Then gave me false two names when insisted. I placed two separate orders for which they never offered my receipts and when asked then they said they threw it away.They literally gave me frozen hash browns. When I said I want replacement they said they can heat the same ones or offer refund but can’t replace! So they refunded me conveniently for the order they couldn’t give me my receipt! Very rude and racist behavior! From photo it’s clear her name starts with A and ends with a most likely Alexandria but she still gave me her name as Isabella on paper!

11-20-23 went to this location on my break and I didn't sip on my drink until I had gotten back to work (wrong move) . Realized the taste was off and sure enough this did not look like how any past iced green tea orders have EVER looked like. Tasted rotten so I called corporate. Said they'd call me in 1-2 days no call. Called a few days after the fact (maybe a week actually) and they said the same thing, I'll get a call in 1-2 days. Still nothing and honestly just here to warn anyone who comes here because who serves this??? How does one take a look and find nothing wrong. No help from corporate either.
This lady is miserable and hates her life so she takes it out on customers. I mean, if I worked at dd at the age of 65 I’d be miserable too, but I wouldn’t take it out on customers. It’s not everyone’s fault you went terribly wrong somewhere in life and ended up here. The food is DISGUSTING and the coffee is even worse… it has been sitting there for days and is always cold. Idk how this place is open. They need new employees. I won’t be back.

Great service! Manager is always helpful and the crew ensures fast and hot food with perfecr accuracy on orders. I've been to many Dunkin and this spot is very clean and run very well. They even handle busy times quite well. Don't be afraid to give a tip for the great service!

Absolutely horrible I wouldn’t suggest this location to anyone. They are rude to the customers & rude to their own staff. It’s a shame a corporation with such a big name would have people like this working at the front. The food took too long & their restrooms are a complete mess. Please do better by the people that keep the store running which is the customer.
