Went in at approximately 6:30 pm. Blond girl saw me walk in - no acknowledgement of my presence. Roughly 3 minutes later, returns to take my order (believe she went into the rear of store). During the order, there was no greeting, nothing. I had to say the first words. I would never hire her in a client/customer facing role.She successfully made an iced latte.I don't plan on revisiting this store.
In my experience, drive thru orders have been wrong at least 50% of the time if I'm getting more than 2-3 items. I generally offer a hello, please and thank you, often get nothing in response.

Great service! Manager is always helpful and the crew ensures fast and hot food with perfecr accuracy on orders. I've been to many Dunkin and this spot is very clean and run very well. They even handle busy times quite well. Don't be afraid to give a tip for the great service!
