I have been going to the Subway. I'm getting two foot long sandwiches every week for 2 years. Today, I used the app for a FTBOGO buy one get one.I put specific instructions :Do not toastNO HamOnly cook baconThey didn't read the order, and both of the employees were arguing with me that there is ham on this sandwich, and then he argued about him not toasting it. When he took the ham off, he left it with only 3 slices of turkey.After I mentioned to him taking off the ham and not putting more turkey on themHe mumbled one is free. He shouldn't participate in the app. Buy one get one . Then I was told not to come back.Do not go here he put the ham back to serve to other customers after he took it off my sandwich.

Absolutely the worse customer service came 30 minutes before closing the guy said i needed cash he already closed the machine i go to the atm as im at the atm he looks at me says i turned off the oven all while im in front of him taking out money to buy food. Absolutely ridiculous that was the biggest F U im leaving early ive ever seen. Paid the $3 fee at the atm for no reason as well. If they dont want business close down and that kid should be fired.

This place from when I visited on Sunday april 30th, was the worst franchise store I've been to. Health concerns and cleanliness are in question. I had the worst older employee from India talk while i was looking at the menu, which is very rude, making me race to what i want. She put very little on my sandwich while talking to a younger employee and making her laugh... She has poor customer skills she lacks. The food was poorly room temperature rotted in the trays the cheese was a hard crust on the middle and ends. Mostly from sitting to long in a room temperature climate bin.like Chipotle grille had problems with. This place is poorly run and will get someone sick from Seminola poisoning. After the poorly made sandwich was made I was asked immediately if i wasnted chips and a drink. She then let the younger female employee that was only doing all the work took over..because the older woman couldn't wait and sat down and kept talking. And distracting her...I threw the sandwiches away Avoid this place like the plaque..unless you want to get sick. What a 28.74 waste of money. This place will close as its dirty It was better off as a McDonald's as it was before. It's in a Walmart store as well.

Friendly service. Ordered on the app and hassle free pickup. I ordered the "boss" (meatball sandwich with pepperoni) and it was delicious.

I would give it 0 stars if possible!Now I know why most of the subways are going out of business. Most of them has no concept of customer service.Had a horrible experience in this subway again…A lady name Pinder was there and after waiting 5 min, she showed up from the back.She was very rude to my 15 years old son because he was being picky on how much lettuce he wanted in his sandwich. Then she rolls her eyes at me and says “ugh” because it wanted 2 sauces in my sub. If she didn’t want to make sandwiches then I’m not sure why she is there and all the subway owners should hire people who are actually interested in their job (not just their family members). Never going back there again !

I notified the Franchisee owner, Kartik, that the chicken in my sandwich did not taste right. All I got was an apology, no offer to replace the sandwich I paid for. Never coming back here again.

This was probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a subway branch. I waited for about 10 minutes to be able to order and then after I started ordering the lady making my sandwich seem to recognize someone who had just walked up in line.After finishing my order and trying to pay the lady cut the person who she recognized in line ahead of me and made me and my two year old move away from the cash register so that they could pay first. I wish I was kidding.I can overlook the fact that the service was slow, most of the vegetables looked withered and there were small flies buzzing around everywhere but that had to be one of the rudest things anyone's ever done to me.Really hope someone from the subway team reaches out to me about this one.Just wow.
