Great service - friendly staff. Another local Philly Pretzel location failed me today and did not make my prearranged order. They took an emergency order over the phone and they were ready in 30 minutes. The best!

Worst service !I greeted the server first and she never even replied anything back?? She looked at me like I had two heads seemed in a horrible mood..I let that slide..I ask for 50 pretzels split into 5 small paper bags ( because they were different customers)Gave me a total attitude that she is charging me for the bags !!! WTHI WAS READY TO WALK OUTI stated very politely “ ru kidding me?I’m giving you business!The son agreed with me and off I wentNever never again will I buy from them worst everI visit Philly pretzels all over the state and never had I had such a miserable person behind the counter

Best customer service. I went in to buy pretzel nuggets and manager touched pretzels and said they were not as soft and made me fresh pretzels. That is great customer service as most places would just sell to you. Entire staff was friendly. When I want a pretzel I know which location to go to

The Pretzel Factory delivered a fine assortment of pretzels in honor of EMS week. The pretzels were warm and soft, with a satisfying crunch and a savory flavor that pleased the palate. first off lady at register ignores you when you come in it takes at least a minute for somebody to even acknowledge you, even though everyone working there seizure standing there the lady doesn't speak English you asked for a crowd pleaser they make 24 if used to put the extra pretzel to make it a crowdpleaser which is 25 pretzels for $18 and charge you a dollar per pretzel will not go there again and the whole entire place is filthy dirty

This is the third year in a row that I tried to pre order before the super bowl and they have cancelled my order and told me they can’t make me anything. The first 2 years i gave them the benefit of the doubt because I ordered bigger trays but this year i tried to order a SMALL rivet box before the super bowl MORE than 24 hours in advance and they still called literally 5 minutes later and cancelled my order. COME ON… that is literally 20 freaking pretzel bites that i’m ordering so far in advance. If you don’t have the capacity to do business then why do you have your restaurant posted online for online orders and also on grubhub, doordash, etc. Completely unacceptable.

We stopped here to pick up some pretzel dogs -- hot dogs wrapped in pretzels -- late on a Monday afternoon. Sadly, they only had three left, which i bought along with some pretzels. Both the pretzel dogs and pretzels were very good. The woman who waited on me was very pleasant. The shop is small in a strip shopping center, and parking is plentiful.

Order & pay online. Order ready 1st thing in the AM. Hot and fresh pretzel trays with choice of dips. Been there 2 times and had the same experience. Prices OK. Plenty of parking. Clean.

Who doesn't love a pretzel? Let the heretic among us raise their hand and slink away in shame. Of course this is 2021 when even the most basic of foods are tarted up with "artisanal" pedigrees and gourmet pretensions. Thank God for Philly Pretzel Factory... fast, hot and tasty without the epicurean overhang. Five stars for nailing all the basics.

Always a crowd pleaser! We've ordered their large rivet party trays for parties and they're always gone in minutes! Everyone loves them, they're a decent price too! They have lots of yummy sauces- our favs are- honey mustard, spicy mustard, cinnamon and the pumpkin one! We've ordered here just for us too. Always delicious and the staff are always friendly.
