Michelle and staff did an outstanding job for our party. Everyone raved about the food. The room was beautifully set up. From the first meeting about the event through the party, everything was top notch. Michelle was so helpful and I greatly appreciated all of her time and efforts. I highly recommend their services.
Just attended a wedding at the Crystal Falls Banquets which seems to be located on the first floor of the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Food was delicious, Service was great and Room was absolutely Beautiful!!!

Very clean facility. Attended a banquet here and the place was beautiful. The lobby is picturesque. The dining hall had a waterfall in A WATERFALL! Beautiful chandlers and colored lighting. Ample parking as well. Getting to this place with route 43 is a bit annoying though.
