I absolutely love Dough Palace! I have been having their items for close to 2 years now. Everytime there is something new and delicious. It is the best food item to crave your sweet tooth while focusing on gains! I personally love the truffles. Just last night I had a brownie topped with oreo pro dough and cookie. I heated a small piece up for 30 seconds and it was amazing! 5/5 everytime!

Hands down THE best protein cookie dough you will ever find! I have been ordering from The Dough Palace for years now and have tried many other brands of edible cookie dough or companies who try to make “protein cookie dough” and no one compares to ProDough! I don’t even know how they do it, but this product is so dang addicting and delicious! Literally worth every penny! I can’t get enough of it and it’s seriously the best cookie dough!

Top of the line Bakery excellent product excellent service excellent quality. They always go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome. They always show their love of the holidays by decorating the bakery with tons of holiday decorations. As soon as you walk in you can feel the welcoming atmosphere and love put into this bakery. If you haven't yet I definitely recommend you stop in and give something a try they have plenty of options from truffles, cookies, edible cookie dough, cake and much much more. Trust me you won't forget it.

I wish I could give this shop a higher review because I do adore this spot-- the vibes are wonderful and the edible cookie dough itself is DELICIOUS, but unfortunately each time I have gone, the service hasn't been great. The worker at the front is not approachable and not willing to assist when asked questions. Unfortunately, she does not make for a great experience, it sadly makes me feel unwelcome at the shop.

*this pains me to write, but...*Have you ever seen the Soup N*** episode of Seinfeld? If so, and if you've been here, you know what I mean already.The products are phenomenal. Everything is beyond delicious and the pro dough is bonkers. But the one woman who works there (and seems to be the only one there EVERY TIME I go) is so painfully miserable, I have to just move on.Don't dare ask for assistance, question the menu or God forbid engage in friendly banter because it won't be met well. It's more like you're annoying her with your mere existence. I literally don't get how someone can be so nasty working inside what looks like a real life Candy Land board game, yet here we are. It really sucks too because my husband and I talked about having a cake and whole other dessert tray from here for my 40th birthday in a few months. It would have been perfect.Back to my online retailers I go...it's been real, DP. PS glad to see I'm not just being a "Karen" here because everyone has the same thing to say. Unreal!

The cookies are good but not good enough to make me want to keep going there. The girl who is always working at the front has a stank attitude every single time ive been there. Makes me not want to go back or recommend to anybody. You walk in and feel like youre bothering them just by being in the store. the customer service SUCKS
My wife decided to order a beautiful cake for my birthday from this pastry store. I liked it very much, and it was very tasty, moderately sweet.

Everybody was so helpful and friendly when I visited, and the products are all so insanely delicious! I love the pro dough and glam cookies as a healthier high protein dessert, and the truffles are the perfect snack option! In store they have super creative options like cheesecakes, pro-doreos, and other goodies too!!!

I ordered approximately 50.00 worth of items from 1st their etsy store, then read at the very end after waiting 2 weeks that they don't take orders from there anymore... so why leave the ordering option open?? Anyway I then order from their main site, 50.00 worth and just got my order yesterday, and it is not good at all!! I am so disappointed, but the edible dough taste like nothing, the blue monster cookie taste like nothing, and the red velvet taste like nothing. I'm so disappointed, and even had my older daughters try them and they both spit it out, so it's not just me. Will not ever waste money here again. Also rude ppl run the site and etsy store for sure! I also saw another review about a rude person.

I just spoke with a very rude older lady, if I could give them negative stars I would.Looking for a estimate on a custom cake. Looking to send over photo see if they can do the cake which she refused and said I must come in person, I have no time to do unless I know a place can do the cake. So called to see if they can do the cake and a estimate for Chocolate as Vanilla cake with cannoli filing, simple inside.After she rudely said I have to come in person and pick it everything as I told her what I get she rudely said “We do not have this sorry I can’t help you” and hung up. I do not know of a bakery that does not have chocolate cake, vanilla cake and cannoli filling.I would not go there for anything as Obviously the have enough customers and not looking for anymore.Disappointing!!! And Bad customer service. I just do not know what is wrong with people.I hope the owner sees this and she is the owner, than that’s a disgrace of how she treats people..
