We were introduced to Bread and Culture at the West Windsor Farmers Market. During the summer we would get there just after opening at 9 am. A line starts forming before opening but we were always able to get what we wanted and enough to send our kid back to Brooklyn with our favorite bread. The Winter Market opens at 10am and is only every other Saturday. Last Market we got there at 9:30 there were 10 people ahead of us. This place is a must go to ! The pastry and bread are freakin amazing ! The pastry shop is quaint and adorable. Espresso was on point and hot chocolate was delicious ! I can’t say enough about the lamination of the pastry ! Paris like !
