Searching for Caribbean food and this gem popped up. Who would have thought in Hunterdon County! Can’t wait to go back. The Jerk chicken is a must! We had the snapper Escovitch, salt fish & ackee, jerk chicken and beef patties. Their homemade drink selection is delicious I had the lemonade guava. Met the owners while there very nice family and they take pride in their business. Sorry forgot to take pics of before devouring everything.

Since everything on the menu looked delicious, last night we decided to try our own "sampler platter" and ordered the jerk chicken, brown stew chicken, curry chicken, and fried chicken with mango/pineapple/ginger sauce, along with 4 sides - rice & peas, steamed veggies, mac & cheese, and plantains. My first time getting food from Island Vybz did not disappoint! I got the special fried chicken with mango sauce with sides of potato salad and mac and cheese. I also got a beef patty which was really good and had a little kick. Everything was delicious, and I’ll definitely be ordering and dining in in the future!
