Popeyes is one of the most popular restaurants on base, and it is always slammed around noon - 1 because it’s lunchtime. The line wait is a little line, and there may be a wait to receive too. But this place always gives a good amount of chicken and friendly service.”

“Huge shoutout to Angelo’s tonight. Only wish I would’ve remembered my server’s name, to give her extra recognition here. We went out for an important dinner tonight. We were celebrating something small, but meaningful. When we called they had no reservations available for the evening, but then called us back and squeezed us in at 4:30. The power went out in the entire city after we were served our first course. We were served our entrees in the dark, with the same elegance, as of nothing had occurred. Even with the unfortunate circumstances, we were treated like royalty by the entire staff, and had an exceptional dining experience. I will be dreaming of the escarole, until I have it again. Thank you Angelo’s! Great job! 👏🏽”

“4/3/26: The gentleman who assisted me was fantastic. I visited today and mentioned it was my first time. He offered me a sample, and after just the first bite, I immediately decided to order a plate. I enjoyed the rice and chicken along with a small side salad. The food was incredible; the chicken was well-seasoned, as well as the rice. The “SAUCE” they added to the lettuce and rice enhanced the flavor even more. Truly amazing food, and I highly recommend it.”

“Rosario was our server! We went for our 4yr wedding anniversary and got the Tomahawk for 2. It was absolutely amazing and the cheese onion mash potatoes were out of this world. So creamy and delicious!! I'm not a fan of brussel sprouts but let me say they were very good and excellent flavor. For dessert we shared the traditional tiramisu. Straight up, this was by far the very best I've ever had. We got coffee and cappuccino which was also very delicious.
I highly recommend and will 💯 be back again. The bottle of Riesling was very very good! Rosario was excellent! Explained everything in great detail, was very attentive and we had great short conversation. He's truly a gentleman and bright the traditional Italian vibe to our dinner.”
