i have food poisoning from this place, i ordered on April 2 got my food for delivery it arrived at 2:50 by 6PM I was throwing up and having watery diarrhea, threw up over 10 times in less than 24 hours. i am still in pain, i am still nauseous. they also got my previous order wrong. do better.

My husband was treated poorly. Lady who was behind counter 4/2 at 1:25pm serving the food was extremely rude. Absolutely no respect or basic customer service. Will not return.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Stood in line for 5-10 mins while ignored by 5-6 employees, who seemed to care about everything else but their customers. Finally made it to the cashier and had to wait 5 minutes for a rude employee who was sweeping garbage off the floor towards the cashier area. Brooms it towards me and onto my shoes and acts like nothing happened. Horrible service

I am a frequent customer , but today my experience was different , i placed an online order for 2 bowls being the same two , but on one bowl it was completely wrong I got beans that I didn’t order I now have to check my order while inside the store everytime I come in . The cashier in the front wasn’t very friendly either I didn’t get her name because I had to be back at work this was around (7:25pm) I had to grab my order from the shelf.
JUST MAKE THE ORDER THAT IS ORDERED. WHY ARE YOU PUTTING EVERY SINGLE TOPPING IN A BOWL THAT REQUESTED THREE THINGS!!?

Place closes at 10 pm, but if you get there after 9:30 1)these employees are already packing up and ready to go. I get it. 2) They are likely to have run out of several items. Understandable, I suppose.For some reason, they never have salad dressing when I go there. The last two times I ordered a salad, I did not find out they had no dressing until after I paid for my salad order. Tonight I was smart enough to ask about dressing before hand so that I could opt to eat elsewhere.

I've been coming to this chipotle for awhile now over the years but recently this place has been at its worst. Besides the smoke rushing through the place making it hard to breathe there is no ice, juices, napkins or forks to be found. Aswell the food was so bland. I am honestly dissapointed. It seemed like salt or seasoning wasn't apart of my bowl one bit. understanding it can be hectic sometimes due to this being a fast food chain but honestly these certain issues shouldn't be a problem at any facility under a good management.

This Fort Lee chipotle is so stingy. I literally got 6 pieces of chicken in my burrito bowl, and the amount of space between the cover and the top of the food was ridiculous. I dont understand why this fort lee location is so stingy with food. The Englewood, paramus, and even edgewater location is more generous with their portions. I will never go back to this fort lee location again until they change management and how they train their staff. And the kids that work their are too busy doing other things than trying to make the business more booming. I dont get it.
