I am a frequent customer , but today my experience was different , i placed an online order for 2 bowls being the same two , but on one bowl it was completely wrong I got beans that I didn’t order I now have to check my order while inside the store everytime I come in . The cashier in the front wasn’t very friendly either I didn’t get her name because I had to be back at work this was around (7:25pm) I had to grab my order from the shelf.

Place closes at 10 pm, but if you get there after 9:30 1)these employees are already packing up and ready to go. I get it. 2) They are likely to have run out of several items. Understandable, I suppose.For some reason, they never have salad dressing when I go there. The last two times I ordered a salad, I did not find out they had no dressing until after I paid for my salad order. Tonight I was smart enough to ask about dressing before hand so that I could opt to eat elsewhere.

I've been coming to this chipotle for awhile now over the years but recently this place has been at its worst. Besides the smoke rushing through the place making it hard to breathe there is no ice, juices, napkins or forks to be found. Aswell the food was so bland. I am honestly dissapointed.
