The food was delicious! The place is beautiful! Our server was kind and attentive. The food was so delicious, we requested to speak to the chef! He came out to meet us, and was very kind and humble. The only things worth noting was they take your complete order together and it is rapidfire between appetizers and dinner. Just ordered a cunan sandwich for take out. But when I went in to pickup the layout and atmosphere was really nice and pleasant. The sandwich was good. Not crazy about the cheese. But looking over the menu I saw a lot of dishes that I'll be trying g over the next few visits.
I visited here with a group of four last night. We were looking for something different from the ordinary chain or numerous Italian restaurants in central NJ. They did not disappoint. I can’t say if the food was authentic as I am not from Cuba but the flavors were very good and the quality was high. Don’t miss their empanadas. The dough is light, flaky and not greasy.
