Started using Coffee Bean Direct coffee years ago and have never been more pleased with a company or their products. I personally recommend the Tanzanian Peaberry, because I like a mild roast that is smooth and tastes as aromatic as it smells! Customer service is second to none. I know we're all used to 5 star ratings, but for me Coffee Bean Direct is a 10!!
I rarely give 5 Star reviews … and this place deserves it.Dealt with Harrison - what an AMAZING soul. He was friendly, engaging, knowledgeable, attentive and just an all around nice guy w/positive energy. This man needs a RAISE!!!!Coffee is AMAZING and this will be my FOREVER coffee place. This place has EVERYTHING and 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️customer service!!!!Spend your money at this place… totally worth it!THANK YOU!!

Been buying coffee from this place for years, and it is by far the best in quality and taste! Our favorites are the Grandfather Blend and the Dark Sulawesi.In all our years we have been buying from here, they only once accidentally sent us the wrong coffee, and when I reached out they replied within the hour to not only send us the bag that we had originally ordered, but they also let us keep the 5lb bag they sent by accident.
