I absolutely love Smithville Dunkin. I have been going there for 4 years now and I go 5 days a week on my way to work. The manager is super nice and always smiling. The crew are friendly and I've never had a bad experience there..sure sometimes I've had to wait but I also understand that people are ordering food which must be cooked and people are I side ordering at the counter and on the go orders are being filled all at same time I'm ordering in the drive thru. Sandy and Jess are amazing. Their friendly demeanor and attention to detail make every visit a pleasure. Not only do they make my coffee with precision, but they also create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps me coming back. Top tier?
