Very bad experience at this Saladworks compared to others I've been to. I was given a roll that wasn't warm, portion sizes were poor, and the service was terrible. I wasn't given butter for my roll, they never asked if I wanted my dressing mixed in or on the side like at other locations (actually I was never even asked what dressing I wanted), and my food was prepared as if I was taking it to go, even when I said I wanted it for in the restaurant. I've been to Saladworks before, but I was there twice in the last week, and both times the food and service were great. Took two friends from MA there for the first time. They enjoyed their food. I went yesterday and enjoyed an Avocado BLT sandwich.The staff is great, too!

Salad works is my favorite salad spot. They have the freshest ingredients and so many toppings/dressings to choose from. I wish there were more salad works locations like there used to be in the past. The gentleman who works the at the register is also so kind and helpful. I always look forward to getting my salads from there .
