This place is the epitome of a poorly executed, used to be great fast food chain. Now it's not even safe to eat there as these young kids clearly have no real training and no interest in learning how to run a clean store. Not to mention they are always out of most items by 7 PM and the place looks like a frat house on Sunday morning.

My wife and I have anaphylactic food allergies. Your servers Joe and Emma at this location, when I told them my allergies, thoroughly washed their hands, wiped down the surfaces and checked for any of my [dairy] allergy in the other bins by accident. They truly made me feel safe and offered a service I rarely receive at restaurants like this. Chipotle needs more workers like Joe and Emma, I sincerely say again, thank you for making us feel so safe & cared for! I always give this chipotle another chance because it's the closest to me. I paid $17 for a bowl on the mobile app because I wanted to get the double meat entree. Not only when I received the order was it packed without care but when I opened it there was no meat at all?? I'm not saying like oh there wasn't enough meat for the 2x meat portion- no it was like half a portion. The rice was cold, undercooked, and crunchy. The black beans were also severely undercooked/under soaked, those were also very crunchy. I ended up getting sick today because of the beans being so undercooked. It also seems as if they're very understaffed. Anytime I go there there's something that's not available. I know it's not easy to work a 'fast food' job from experience, but it's apparent that this place is lacking proper leadership and support. I just wish them all the best.

I order from the app, I am so sick and tired of every time I online order! It's NEVER right. It's always missing items. The portions are laughable. If you order double meat? Don't bother doing that because you'll never get it. Do not order online! I can't tell you how many times I have pull to the drive through to see the employees just talking.The food I order was a double chicken bowl, white rice, black beans, cheese, corn salsa, green chili salsa, fajita veggies, queso and NO sour cream...I only got rice,beans,chicken and SOUR CREAM which I didn't want on it. I live 20min away from this place. I get off of work and pick up before they close. I get home and I get a pathetic bowl...why did I spend $14 again? Yea this is the last time I come here it's sad. Once and while I can live with but now it's far to consistent..

Ordered veggie bowl, I am vegetarian and got a piece of meat in that bowl. And it was made right in front of me how the hell do you put meat in rice or beans ? Do you cross contaminate food ? How ridiculous I had to throw away a whole bowl. And that piece of meat in my mouth.
