My experience yesterday at the Glassboro restaurant was extremely negative. The line staff making the burritos did not seem to speak English. I had to correct them twice and they had to restart making the burritos. They messed up both my orders anyway and I walked away feeling very frustrated. I called the location this morning to ask for a manager and no one has returned my call.If you want poor service, mediocre food, and high prices go right to the Glassboro location.

Terrible, this is the second time I have ordered from this location and they completely messed up my order.. I sincerely am beginning to wonder if the staff making the food is capable of basic reading and comprehension skills.. Both of the bowls I ordered did not include the extra meat I paid for, the one had zero cheese even after paying for extra.. The one bowl had the wrong meat entirely and both of them barely had any meat at all. $37 for 2 bowls full of rice, beans, lettuce, and corn salsa. When I called to complain I was put on hold for 10 minutes just to be told there is no manager on duty. What a joke.. AVOID THIS LOCATION! Poorly managed and the staff is fully incompetent!! ZERO STARS! ??????

I preordered a bowl for pick up at 315pm. When I picked up my ordered the receipt said it was made at 1pm. It was left to sit on the counter at room temperature for 2 hours. The food was cold by this point and the bottom of the bowl was so soggy it nearly fell apart. I took it back but seems to get attitude when I asked it to be remade. They did finally agree to remade the bowl but threw the same Guac, queso and sour cream side cups from the old order into my new one.

I’ve never had an issues before I just ordered from here and I got the bowl normal stuff and the veggies in it. The veggies were basically green bell peppers and onions which I don’t mind I like them but they were raw. It’s like they’d been just warmed up and then served. They were giant pieces of raw onion and raw pepper. I had to pick them out because everything just tasted of raw onion. I’ve never had this issues before but it really put me off. I usually always come here not chipotle but now i don’t know if I wanna risk getting chunks of raw onion in my food again.

I went in last night for a burrito and it was kind of annoying how the person who communicated with customers for food did not speak English whatsoever and kept putting the wrong stuff on my burrito. There were some that spoke English that insisted not helping the poor man obviously communicate with him what I wanted on my food. On top of that I asked for chicken and they were extremely stingy with the portion, two table spoons of chicken is double chicken supposedly. The worst portions I’ve ever seen it was frustrating. Chipotle will give you so much more portions for even less the price. Somehow my burrito was 18 dollars too when I didn’t even have too much toppings. I used to like this place before it was ran by someone else who’s clearly a cheapskate with customers. Definitely the type of place that uses old chicken from previous nights. The food however wasn’t terrible. I just wish it was better service and they weren’t stingy with the amount of food presented as well as the price for it. Not worth it in my opinion. I’d only reccomend this place if there wasn’t a chipotle near by but if there is, save yourself the trip here.

I have been coming to this place every Thursday for lunch for years. At first it was an easy 5 star. Food was good. The employees spoke English so you could understand them instead of pointing to what you want. And the price was fair.As time went on it slowly got worse and worse. I have to point at what I want and if you wantna special order, forget about it. The store, overall is unkempt. Glass is dirty and table tops filthy. Don't eat in. And finally the reason I am done coming here.. the price. A burrito with guacamole and queso and a drink is now 17 dollars... that was 12 dollars now very long ago.

A staff member will assist you right away and make sure your order is exactly what you want. I truly appreciate good customer service. It's what makes the difference on whether you go back again, at least in my book!

Overall this is a great little restaurant with good fast Mexican food. It is just very expensive for what you get. Maybe I haven't adjusted to the post pandemic prices just yet.

Generally my go-to place for a quick burrito. I usually have a good experience, and even considered them a notch above Chipotle ever since I found out about them years ago.The portion sizes seem to have been reduced as of recently; especially the hot ticket items such as the Meats and the Queso. The size of the burrito is still large as it ever was; they just seem to put super generous portions of rice & beans to compensate for the very seemingly stingy portions of meat and Queso. You'd probably have to pay for a double portion size to receive the regular meat portions they used to give. I mean, you can barely tell that it has any meat; besides the knowledge that you ordered it of course. Lol.Because of this, the last few times have been a little disappointing. Nonetheless, they still have a solid 4 stars from me. I understand this economy hasn't really been kind to everybody, and my only real gripe was with their seemingly new, "undersized" portions. Hopefully they'll resize their portions if things start looking better.
