Using door dash to deliver your pizza is a horrible idea. Food was almost a half hour late and cold. Had to cook pizza again before eating. Chicken had single squirt of sauce with no attempt to spread over the chicken.
The food is pretty good and it's a place worth frequenting, but the service is a massive gamble.I've got food there 6 times now and it's split right down the middle on service. Some days it's a quick 10-15-minute wait for a filling meal in easy-to-carry containers, some days it's a 25-30-minute wait for inconveniently-packaged food drenched in sauce and a little lighter than it should be. At least I've always gotten in the ballpark of what I paid for.

Service was very efficient, no errors in my order. I did not like the cheesesticks. I misunderstood and thought the cheese would be inside, not on the top. Personal pan pizza was excellent though. Ordered on the app for deals, selected pay with cash, and then I was able to pay for my food with Rowan's dining dollars.
