My Yogo Factory experience was sooo much better than expected thanks to the wonderful amazing Kate (the girl working). There was no one else there and when I entered she greeted me right away and jumped up to see if I needed anything- she was the nicest person I’d encountered all day and really surprised me bc nowadays every young person working a job is usually texting the whole time without ever making eye contact during a transaction. This establishment is super clean and sanitary, which is great because you get to choose your own toppings and flavors. The workers there are always very kind to me and help me out.
