I just left here the food is always good but who ever the lady was that was making the salads today around 7 she is ignorant, nasty and rude I’ll never go back to this one. Maybe racist a little bit but won’t catch me here .

Always expect to have young workers on duty with miserable attitudes and poor work ethics. God forbid if you want your salad made a certain way you better believe it’s gonna be made with attitude. I have never come here and had a “great experience”. I feel like more of a bother than a customer. There are 4 individuals I could pick out that I get service from that absolutely SUCK. I’m not one to complain but geez maybe you guys need to hire more of age “adults” or something. Today was my last day getting anything from this location. It should be taught to leave your problems at the door or don’t come at all. No type of greeting walking in the door not a smiling face. Atmosphere sucked and customer service sucked. Let’s just hope their bad energy didn’t rub off on my food.

Spent 47 dollars with a 5 dollar tip included for an online order. Two salads and a soup for me and my girl. These workers absolutely suck, they literally didn’t add the extra premiums when I paid extra for it and a tiny cup a sauce for damn near $50 dollars bro like this why I don’t work a 9-5 but damn bro you really trashed my food and I tipped y’all when I had to drive and get it and everything. Unreal lol

She makes a mean Tivoli!Parking: Convenient parking right outside the entrance!Kid-friendliness: If I was a kid I’d feel welcomed!Wheelchair accessibility: If I had a wheelchair I’d be able to roll on in!

We arrived at 8:49 pm asking if it was okay to still order. Both staff members assured us it was perfectly fine, they served until 9 pm. Tonight, we were "those" people, and we felt bad, but we were welcomed with open arms. They even let us know we could eat outside and take as long as we wanted. By far my most favorite Saladworks in the Tri State area. Friendly staff with personality & nice clean relaxing atmosphere.
Don't go here. Unless you're ordering an overpriced salad? Don't go here. The quality of the ingredients has just decreased so much. I've never seen a solid works. Use shredded cheese and turkey chunks to make a sandwich. I ordered a panini but It wasn't even melted. ?? Waste of $16.

Usually love coming here on my lunch break but lately they do not have enough staff for the lunch rush. Soda machine was not on, there were no napkins left and they burnt my panini twice. Keep in mind I had to get back to work.

Ordered pick up from mobile order. Horrible. Will only go to the Sewell one from now on. Brown lettuce and bowls weren’t even half filled. Never again
