😔After spending a stupid amount of time trying to order on the app (dont ask...they really need to fix the app!) I finally just walked in and ordered a burger to go. I'm not sure what's going on there in the kitchen but did someone pour an entire salt shaker into the burger batch? My burger was inedible. I had such a craving for a Smashburger after not having one in quite a while......so disappointing.
DOES NOT RECOMMEND!!
Awful experience last night.
Manager was very disrespectful when confronted about messed up order, yelling at us in front of other customers. (As if it was our fault!) and refused to remake food! -
Food was sloppy and cold with missing items.
No way to call store to speak to general manger today. Since last night the calls automatically go to a busy voicemail. Must be off the hook.
