“I had the pleasure of ordering on Friday 4/5/24 and I am so impressed. I had oxtails, rice and peas, collard greens, VEGAN Mac n Cheese and a piece of sweet potato cornbread. Baby whoever made that vegan Mac n cheese did not come to play… I prefer it over regular baked Mac. It tasted great and doesn’t make you feel bloated or heavy afterwards. The oxtail was very tender, the greens were super seasoned but not salty, the rice was flavorful and the cornbread was good also. Definitely worth the money you pay and the portions were a good size too. Highly recommend and will be returning!“

“Love the food! Amazingly good, tasty and cooked just right. However, as a new customer I needed to know the sizes of the sides and a description of the sauces. I was not able to get anyone on the phone. I would have given five stars if I had those answers,“

“Ms.sweetea's Comfort Food Cafe & Bakery was the featured vendor at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia tonight.Having a kid in the hospital is awful, and usually hospital food doesn't help the situation, but this food was a welcome treat! Their vendor program brings in wonderful area restaurants and this one was the best! I'll definitely visit them in Pine Hill. Picture is of an amazing piece of peach pound cake! The dinner food was great too.“

“I can't understand some of the negative reviews. I have tried other local Jamaican spots and they are all just not Flava! I have been coming to Flava for a few years and their food is always consistently delicious and flavorful! (Hence the name flava) Not to mention, only $13-$17 a platter. Highly recommend their wings with the homemade spicy sauce, curry goat, and j*** chicken! Their customer service is also phenomonal (always). The woman who takes the orders on the phone doesn't miss, she always gets it right. The man is always pleasant and smiling when we come to pick up and telling us to be safe getting home. The food is always hot and fresh by the time I make it home. 10/10 recommend! Don't listen to these negative reviews.“

“We did delivery on Door Dash. We got jerk chicken, garlic parm wings, and baked mac. The menu offers a lot of options. The only thing that kinda bothered me was the fact that you cant try two different flavors of wings. You have to get one or the other. Idk why it bothered me so much. Otherwise I would give this place a 5/5. Jerk chicken was spectacular. The wings were the best garlic parm wings Ive had. Mac was pretty good too. They season perfectly! Looking forward to my next time order. Dying to try their curry chicken.“
