This location is probably the worst in the whole country. I ordered the same thing 5 days a week and 4 out of 5 times it was wrong for a month straight. I don’t know why I even go back. I should have to check my order to get remade almost every time. What’s the point in spending 10k+ on a KDS you can’t even read?

Went in to get donuts and use rest room, I'm a uber driver. Customer service is horrible, did not speak and when informed there is more tissue in restroom, acted as if it didn't matter. Ride share drivers depend of places to use restroom. I always purchase something. Please fix this.

I dont even want to give one star. This place stinks!!! Ordered hot coffee got cold. Ordered 4 almond milk 2 splenda got 1 almond milk 0 splenda. How difficult is it to make coffee or follow directions. I will never ever never patronize this place again. Thanks for ruining my coffee and wasting my money. Keep your voicemail full becasue you really dont want to hear me tell you to fire your staff!!!

Tried to give this store the benefit of the doubt over and over and over again. I think I'm finally done. Not only are all the employees incredibly rude, they seem unable to read simple orders. I shouldn't have to remind you Every. Single. Time. I go and have a donut in my order. Then for them to ask me "what donut" like?? Are you not reading my order at all?? Is there a single competent worker in there? Then to act as though I'm a burden for asking you to finish my order? I'd give zero stars if I could truly. Saddest part is nothing will be done about it either I'm sure.

Everything was very good & friendly. Only criticism is that the drive-thru order taker came off as if they were rushing me to order. If that's the case & they worry about their drive-thru time's being met, then they should suggestive sell.
