Cassandra was so flexible in working with us, as we wanted to provide some of our own farm raised venison as an entrée, and her team handled it perfectly. I know Cassandra also does day of coordination, and though I didn't hire her for that I feel so confident she'd be an excellent coordinator.“

“We had Sauced And Rubbed cater our wedding. From talking with the owner Tom at the introduction call to the follow up after the wedding, I have never had such a personal experience with a caterer. This company treats each client as if they were family and makes sure that your food experience will leave your guests raving for days to come. I also needed to make sure that the entire meal was celiac safe. This was no issue at all, and I did not get sick!After we had signed the initial contract, we wanted to adjust to add in a Mashed Potato Bar. Not only was this able to be accommodated, we were also given more than expected the day of! The staff that came to set up was an amazing couple, I think the son of the owner, and made sure that our day was everything we dreamt of for food.All of our guests loved the food, and as all the reviews indicate, the pulled pork is out of this world. Even the gluten free mac and cheese was to die for, and that is a hard dish to make perfect! We will definitely be using this company in the future and cannot recommend this enough!“
