“Always love this place. Great variety of food, cozy atmosphere, great drink. We live 10 mins from 199, almost 30 mins from 517. I’ll take the extra 20 mins any day!!”
“We held my sister’s bridal shower here & we are all blown away at how great a experience we had. From start to finish Tracey & Liz assisted us with all the planning, & were super responsive to my emails. The day of, Tracey & our servers were so kind & helpful with everything. Everyone loved the food & the cake was delicious too! Thank you so much for making my sister feel special on her special day! Will hopefully come in the future for a regular dinner or lunch just to have Chef Andre’s food again!”
“A beautiful little restaurant in the home of Newton. Looks like a house, but the inside is lovely. Ordered pick up take out, drive 25 minutes was WORTH IT! 7 items for $60, food was flavorful, high quality and a nice portion. The butter naan was the favorite. Vegetable samosa little thick with dough but lovely inside. Chaat was a bit disappointing, not as pictured on their online menu and there was very limited yogurt dip. Contained many onions despite that not being listed. Chicken tiki masala was very sweet, good but not traditional tiki masala. Calamari was delicious, never had calamari like that before. The sauce was impeccable. Gulab for dessert was three dough balls saturated in syrup ( not our favorite but that’s a personal opinion).Overall ready to go back and try something new in the menu. Staff very friendly and helpful,”
“I visited James on Main with some friends. We had the chef tasting, and we all loved it. The food was delicious, and the staff were on point. They never missed a thing. There when we needed them, but not overwhelming.”
“Mama’s Cafe Baci has a huge gluten free menu and every single member of the staff is well versed on how to handle a table with both GF and non GF.The GF calamari is fantastic. It is always prepared perfectly- never overcooked -as it is in many places. The calamari is one reason I will travel almost an hour just to eat there. The oils seems to be quite fresh, not old or burnt tasting, and it is a GF dedicated fryer. The other (and most important) reason, is I never get sick from Gluten cross contamination there. That is a really big deal. The owners are super friendly and so welcoming, and no matter how busy, they take the time to check in with most everyone that comes through the door. From the atmosphere, to the well trained, attentive staff, the pride taken in this family business is obvious. One year, our children had our anniversary party catered by Mama’s so it could all be gluten free and safe for me to enjoy. They picked up a huge order with all kinds of food, unfortunately the pizzas were left behind at the restaurant. Sheri called apologizing and sent freshly made, hot on delivery, pizzas with a driver ALL THE WAY to our party an hour away. We were so impressed and very grateful as the pizzas were something we really look forward to treating ourselves with once in awhile. We are all human, and we all make mistakes, whether it was theirs or ours they made it right without excuse AND offered to give us the pizzas at no charge. We absolutely refused - we want Mama’s around for a long time.Glad to have it close enough to be able to go, but not so close that all those delicious gluten free desserts are too readily available!Always a pleasant and relaxing meal out.Dietary restrictions: Careful, attentive and well versed on the importance and severity of cross contamination for people with gluten intolerance and Celiac”
“Didn't even realize this little gem was in town! After getting my son a haircut, we decided to come in for dinner. We've frequented another local Thai restaurant, but this will be our new spot. The food... fresh, hot, delicious. The soups came in large portions and far exceeded my expectations. I tried the ginger soup. Just wow! So fresh and flavorful. The service... friendly, quick, and efficient. Even the cook and/or owner came out to check how everything was. The environment... spacious and clean. This place deserves some hype! Check them out!”
“Been here a few times now for apple picking. A great spot to bring the family and enjoy the fall weather. Family owned and they run a smooth operation. Def. On the list for fall activities.”
“This is a family owned restaurant they all work so hard and they genuinely care about their customers. The food is amazing. The staff is so nice. You must also try their desserts. If your to full from your delicious meal make sure you take something home for later.”
“Such a cute coffee shop in Roxbury Township! I absolutely love the decor and the layout, it's so cute and just brings me joy. I feel like I'm on a farm. The coffee drinks and menu is phenomenal! Definitely very creative and tasty, not like a regular coffee. I appreciate that they can adjust the sweetness to the drinks. Absolutely LOVED the touch of the cheese breads and empanadas. They were really delicious and paired well with the coffee. Can't wait to come back and try more of their menu!”
“Drove past the store recently and I couldn't believe my eyes! Welcome to town and I'm so happy you're here :)The cold cuts and bread are amazing. I stocked up on soup and gravy mixes. Found my favorite pickles and so much more. Dzienkuje I witam!”
“Saw an advertisement on Facebook today showing the S’mores shake and couldn’t stop thinking about it. So off we went and to say we were pleasantly pleased is an understatement!!!Received awesome service from Bode who was very kind and made our dream dinner come to life!!! The shake was a picture of excellence and delicious as well as the waffle sundae-with the waffle being made fresh. We just found ourselves a new ice cream place!!!Keep up the good work Bode-you’re going places!!!”
“Best Italian restaurant ever! The family and food are both amazing! I am a parent of a Centenary University Student and whenever I visit my daughter I come to eat here. The tiramisu and ravioli are as good as anything I’ve had in Italy!!”
“Guatemalan restaurant, great food and the service was very good. Owned by a young Guatemalan couple. Worth while the visit!Guatemalan restaurant, very delicious food and excellent service. The owners are a young Guatemalan couple. Vela is worth the visit!”
“ordered a tomato pie and Italian sub, the pizza was fantastic and the sub had fresh quality meats and the roll was terrific. I would highly recommend this place to any one who enjoys authentic Italian food. Nice job.”
“Food is amazing and very creative. Have had breakfast lunch and dinner. The only challenge is to decide what to order. Kudos to this talented chef and her son in their kitchen. This is a gastronomic treat from an entire team that does not present any versions of the obligatory standards found on most other menus. The wait staff has a great energy, which adds to the whole dining experience. I travel from PA to experience the food and if it were closer it would certainly be a go-to for me. The attached farm market with its delightful cheeses and treats, as well as unique and wonderfully fun culinary items-and even clothing-make the entire experience a heart-warming and fulfilling journey.”
“They have some good slices, and the staff is wonderful! I'll probably stop here again. But I was here between 8-9pm on a Friday night, and they need to keep those slice pies coming out! In the past 10 minutes I witnessed 6 people want plain slices but they were out, and offering people specialty slices, or to wait for a new pie. Remember, it's always better to have a couple to many plain slices, then potentially turn away business. In my experience at least. But yeah, good food, good people. I was just passing through, but if I find myself hungry in the area again, I'd definitely stop back.”
“Being an avid fan of Caribbean food especially the island food that is from Jamaica and Trinidad and also the fact that I'm a New Yorker. The stage is always set up to get the best Jamaican food. From Queens to Brooklyn and of course Manhattan many Jamaican restaurants claim to be the best and quite a few of them are true to their claim. I work in lake Hopectong area and while driving through the town of Natcong, a small town in Morris County, I saw a sign saying Mini Eagle Diner. Being a big fan of Americana it caught my interest but when I saw underneath the sign Jamaican cuisine, I had to do a double take.... an American diner with Jamaican cuisine,,????. What foodie would not stop for that proclamation alone. So I stopped and all else is a fairy tale tailored for food aficionados. This is a magical place for Jamaican cuisine and The magician's name is James. He is the king of his domain. Without any hesitation I dare to say after tasting many of his creations I have come to believe that I never had the real Jamaican food before. Don't miss out jerk pork and chicken, oxtails so lean , so decadent and all this melts in your mouth. James is a great personality to converse with too. He has stories that will get Irish boatmen attention. A homemade smoker den in the backyard of the restaurant with outdoor seating are true surprise of this tour of his castle. James calls himself a magician and so be it. You have to get out there to experience it yourself. I believe if you can guess his age right, he will award you with a sliver of his homemade rum raisin cake, made of centuries old family recipe.. don't worry if you feel stupefied thinking perhaps it's the rum, ..,.. it's definitely the spells he graciously puts on his customers and somewhat unapologetically... Long live the King.... I shall visit your court soon!!!”
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Great place! Great ice cream??Very nice set up, and easy to use!We got some ice cream today before we went to see the eclipse of 2024.You will love it like we do!We will be back! Thank you!”
“Claude & Joe Branda are amazingThey’re accommodating with last minute reservations even when their books are full.Their staff is amazing for the big parties & for the small tables - lot of local kids - which is great they support the local community.I live in nyc & I know the food I get at brandas is probably better than what I get in the city.Love having family gather there - & the food is out of this world. It’s BYOB which is also niceDon’t miss out on the shrimp with garlic sauce”
“While being in the area, decided to stop there for lunch. Local food was good, they had a very decent beer. The view on the lake was extraordinary and in some sense, quite soothing. Prices were decent and service up to par. I'll make sure to stop there if I am ever in the area again.”
“this is good pizza, with the best deal in town (2 slices and a soda for $5) . Also, they went out of their way to make me feel welcome, and i really appreciated that.”
“Pretty good bagels. My only complaint is their coffee cups!!! I should know by now not to order coffee with my bagel. They leak along the seam. So, get the bagels but coffee ”
“The crew is absolutely phenomenal. My friend and I came in, and we got several subs- and ended up getting more because of the amazing customer service. We definitely are coming back.To the man who drenched my sub in juice, I’m in love with you.”
“Since I called for a take out. Food was delicious as usual, service was good, my food was ready when I got there. As far as the atmosphere, the restaurant was full and everyone was busy.Parking: Parking is shared with many different stores, always have parking available”
“For someone that eats it all like me, Cliff's is terrific. I've had half of their menu and loved it all. Best ice cream I've ever had on a consistent basis. Prices are fair as well.??Parking: Pull right into a spot, walk up to one of the employee windows, and order away!Kid-friendliness: Little area for families with kids to sit and enjoy before the melting begins.Wheelchair accessibility: I remember a completely smooth, wheelchair friendly parking lot that leads right to the order windows. Plus, there are a few seats behind Cliff's.”
“We all know the prices for meats and eggs etc have sored, but the size of their portions and quality of the food makes it easy to come back again and again. Also, they use Boars Head meets, which are natural and not processed. Nice people to deal with. You won't regret stopping in there.”
“Good ice cream, with soft serve and yogurt options. Standard toppings and sundaes available as well. No one here, so no wait. No pre-packed pints or quarts of ice cream, though.”
“Karli helped us & was the absolute sweetest! We got pastries for St.Joseph Day & a few other yummy treats. They have a variety of cookies, pies, pastries, cakes etc. Always a wonderful experience!”
“I was able to receive a free shortie ice cream cake on 2/29 for Leap Year birthdays! The staff were great, helpful, and made it fun! The cake was DELICIOUS! Highly recommend!”

“Awesome pizza and wings are phenomenal. Everything fresh and great. The rumors of them closing is false! Ignore the for sale sign as building is for sale, but business is fully operational and going strong! Stop on by! Support local businesses.”
