They helped me in a bind and provided a cake when Whole Foods fell thru. The only thing I'd suggest is double checking your cake before you leave. Mine had the wrong birthday written on it and had my mom older than she was. Thankfully we were able to change it. Otherwise the cake was delicious.
It's lovely walking to a clean modernity lit industrial decorated restaurant. It's half bakery & half dining with fresh juices and smoothies. The menu is Colombian & has English translation. The complimentary bread is not pandebono but are these mini light sweet rolls, not a soft roll, dense but not dry. My favorite bakery hands down! I love Colombian baked goods. Their empanadas de pollo (chicken) are made with a traditional corn flour exterior and potato and shredded chicken on the inside. They have a special hot sauce that pairs perfectly with the empanadas.
