every time i go here they mess up my order. every, single time. this morning i asked for a double toasted bagel and it didn’t come toasted AT ALL. terrible customer service, it used to be a great place but i guess they have a new staff cause it SUCKS now.

I drove by this week and noticed a dumpster outside and it looks like the place may have been cleared out and closed. A couple of weeks back there was a sign saying masks must be worn to enter but the guy making the food was not not wearing a mask

I work in the area and this is my go to place for bagels and breakfast sandwiches. High quality bagels to bring home. Bacon egg and cheese made with love perfectly crafted on a toasted everything bagel.

Placed order on Doordash at 11:50AM, Doordash said it was ready for pickuparound 12:10PM. Upon arrival, the person behind the counter insisted that the order did not come through... 1 minute later, he then insisted that the order was "cancelled" by someone named Igor (Not sure how you can cancel an order that supposedly "didn't come through").

The best bagel spot around Hackensack, hands down. I just wish I wasn't given an attitude every time I go in there. The owner gave me grief about changing his gloves (he had the pair on already when I walked in and I was being cautious). Aside from that they are very clean, bagels are ALWAYS fresh, they offer a variety of spreads, cold salads, and bagels. The French toast bagel is the best I've ever had.
I had the croissants and they were hard. Would not recommend

The bagels are ok. But the service is horrible. The first time I went there for bagels for my office, I called in an order of 12 bagels and was told that they might not be able to cut the bagels is they were too busy. How am I supposed to serve uncut bagels? I had given them a half hour. Fortunately they did cut them. This time I was told the same thing. But I explained that I didnt want them if they were not cut. Everything was fine until I paid the bill, left a $5 tip on a 20 bagel order... and asked for a receipt. They said they didnt give receipts. I told them I could not be reimbursed from my job without one. And the man said "oh well". Everyone in the store let out a sigh of disbelief. I just walked out. I will never use them again.

The counter lady didn’t put in my order after I was there for 20 min waiting, then I asked for my food the lady told the cook in Spanish I never ordered and then he began to speak to me roughly to telling me I he don’t wanna hear it and told me to leave and talk about me to ppl inside in Spanish after I waited for 20 min not to mention another time I came I was given a spoiled muffin and tried to tell them and they told me I couldn’t get a refund at all I would suggest anyone goes there because there no respect for ppl and there money they only cater to Latino and whites only it’s the truth
