While the Cheesecake Factory boasts an extensive menu, the food did not meet our expectations. Despite the lackluster culinary experience, the attentive customer service provided a redeeming aspect to your dining visit.
I didn't realize that Cheesecake Factory was such a great place for the price. I especially like their Skinny Licious menu and other Asian food, too. If I have to choose just one, I would select Thai Chicken Salad. One funny thing I felt was that their Tramisu is much better than Cheesecakes. We like this restaurant and are regular customers. However, I took out one star because their utensils are always on the table and don't look so clean.
