The food quality for the price of an afternoon lunch was so-so, I had The Renée special, the soup was Great, the salad was wilted and brown, and the sandwich was over stuffed with Lettuce and tomato. Sometimes less is more. Both my guests enjoyed their lunches, consisting of pasta and chicken. We were stuffed, therefore, we took cheesecake to go. Primarily the reason for the review, is to give praise to Edward our attendant. We wanted for nothing because his attention to detail was phenomenal! Not only was He professional, he was courteous, Informative, friendly, attentive, but also he gave us just the right amount of privacy. I hope if I go back to the restaurant that I will be lucky enough to have him attend to our table! Thank you, Edward you were a wonderful pleasure!

On this visit, my experience was average at best. You get less food, you pay more, and the quality of the food was lacking. Our waiter appeared to be bothered or maybe was having an off day, I'm not sure. He kept disappearing; perhaps they were short-staffed, or there were other reasons behind his disappearing.

I've been visiting The Cheesecake Factory for 25+ yrs. I luv the strawberry lemmonade and the cheesecake here as do many. But the size of cheesecake has dwarfed and the price has hit the moon, too expensive! So I seldom buy it anymore. ? ?
This is probably one of the worst locations I have had the misfortune of dining at. What first put me off was, as I sat down, I saw this long black hair stuck on the table. We asked one server to send someone to wipe it off. He offhandedly said “yeah sure sure” and then left. No one came. When our server came, we asked for the table to cleaned again. Finally someone came, spritzed some chemical and wiped a dirty rag, along with the hair, all over the table. We got our drinks - the cups were sticky and dirty. I opted to just drink from the bottle I got. Food finally came and honestly, this was just ridiculous- I got the Thai lettuce wraps with grilled avocado. The avocado came unpeeled, with stickers still on its skin, but you know, “grilled”. The fried calamari were over salted and their sauces were plain ketchup and mayo. The service is horrible - the waiters don’t come up to even ask if there is anything we need. Definitely not returning here.

I didn't realize that Cheesecake Factory was such a great place for the price. I especially like their Skinny Licious menu and other Asian food, too. If I have to choose just one, I would select Thai Chicken Salad. One funny thing I felt was that their Tramisu is much better than Cheesecakes. We like this restaurant and are regular customers. However, I took out one star because their utensils are always on the table and don't look so clean.
