I went inside to get my coffee. Had to wait at least 20 minutes for a hot coffee because they are so short staffed that they completely forgot that I was the only one waiting in line because they were so busy helping the drive-through and it was at 4 PM not early morning busy hours. Not to mention they made my coffee absolutely disgusting and made it all wrong never again.

stood around inside waiting to give my order the manager had to ask someone to come up front to take my order,as he was filling someone else's order. young lady ,never said good morning ,even though I greeted her .had a simple order 3 large black coffees and a large hot chocolate. she disappeared after getting one hot chocolate and one coffee. had to get manager to make my order correct. Com on man 3cooffees and 1 hot chocolate, how hard is that???

I just ordered two bagels one for me and one for my three year old boy I pick it up I go drop him off at daycare and the bagels are literally rockhard. My toddler couldn’t eat breakfast today because they gave us rock hard bagels. There is a problem every time we go to this Dunkin I don’t understand how they could give someone bagels that can’t be eaten. Unacceptable . then I try to call them. They don’t answer they don’t have a phone .Now I’m on my way to work and the daycare teacher tells me that my sondidn’t have breakfast because he couldn’t eat his rock hard bagel. Thank you Dunkin Thank you.

This place is always out of donuts after 5! It’s not called coffee … why are you still open if you have not planned appropriately and ordered enough donuts!!! Way to disappoint the kiddos!!! Not everyone comes for just coffee!!!

Service was ok, but there wasn't a very good selection to choose from. I recently moved to the area and the variety of choices was less than I am accustomed to.I managed to pick out a dozen donuts to complete my order, but it was more a matter of settling so that I has something to serve my guests.

The people in that place sucks especially the man with the long hair and the long beard talked nasty to me and threw money at me, and he was talking nasty to the other workers, but if he works for the client he should at least have good manners nothing

Absolutely garbage customer service, coffee tastes like water. Easily worst dunkin I have ever been to. And I have tried this one at least 50 times they somehow manage to mess up my order each time. Extremely rude, always feel like they need to correct the customer yet they can't make anything correctly.
Horrible. They need to hire people for the drive through who understand English. I just tried to order a small coffee with cream and sugar and the idiot kept repeating back to me ,"do you want a coffee cake muffin?". I've never had a problem here until this morning.

Slowly turning back into the worst dunkin again. An online order takes over 20 minutes most of the time to complete (for 1 coffee.) When the order is done it's usually never correct, and you should never expect to get your espresso from this dunkin. What a shame because this dunkin was on track to being the best.
