Buffalo chicken sandwich was frizzled and sour. I was eating overcooked preprocessed chicken mung with half day old vegetables. My vomit tastes like a Buffalo chicken sandwich.

As a vegetarian it is horrible to see 2 sandwich makers take the lettuce that fell out of the sandwich and had been contaminated by the meat on the sandwich and throw us back into the fresh container of clean lettuce !!!! When I mentioned it to the worker what I had just witnessed, the worker replied well that's what they tell us what to do from headquarters!!!! I replied back and said wow that's not good at all because it's cross contamination and I can get sick and other vegetarians can get sick as well. And that I will be contacting headquarters about their rule and policy of cross contamination is allowed to save money!!!!!! Big corporations again not concerned for the consumers that they service in order to have corporate greed!!!!!!!!Vegetarian options: Only one vegetarian sandwich on the menu, limited choice. Also be very aware and careful because they cross contaminate lettuce that was used and touched meat was thrown back into the clean lettuce and this is corporate headquarters policy!!!!!!!!!!

REALLY need to get the food ordered online ready on time. ordered during my lunch break, Took 10 mins longer than app stated, so 25 mins total. For 2 subs? that's ridiculous. And when it was ready, the young grill guy kind of throws it on the rack, no have a nice day, sorry about the wait. Trying to lose business? This is how to do it. (MOST of the young workers are great, curteous, really great.) And the owner was there. Good job at running your business. I've noticed anytime the owner is there (easy to tell who, he's much older than the others) the food is skimpy. Got to save that buck. Again, not a good way to keep customers.

Usually pretty good but there was like no meat in my sub. For a $19 sub, you would think there would be more meat in this sub. Also, towards the last few bites i saw a HAIR.

This place used to be good. But now they can NEVER get my order right on the mobile ordering. I pay extra for bacon, they don't put it on. I ask for jalapeños, they don't put them on. I order a Buffalo cheese steak and they give me a normal cheese steak. For they price they charge that's ridiculous.I also go there on my 30 minute break so i can't just go back and ask for another. They are really losing me as a customer.
