Went to this location yesterday for the first time and the last time. I went to order the new $20 box (4pc chicken, fries & chicken nuggets) but wanted to substitute the regular chicken for Extra Crispy chicken breasts. The worker informed me that they can’t do that. So I asked if I could get a different meal with breasts then which she informed me “KFC no longer serves chicken breasts at all… just legs and thighs.” Excuse me… what? Lol I have never heard of such a thing! I settled on chicken fingers (which I asked to be extra crispy and were most definitely not.) they were over cooked, dry, and overall yucky in general. I also ordered a few more items which were fine, except for the fact I ordered a large mashed potato with gravy and instead she did a large fry, so good thing I checked my bag when I got in the car. I went back in and told her I did not want a fry, I ordered mashed potatoes with gravy. She then told me she would have to charge me for the mash potatoes. I said no to that because I didn’t want the fries in the first place. So instead of giving me the large mashed potatoes like I asked for, she gave me a small scoop of mashed potatoes in a large container. There was more gravy than potatoes honestly. It was ridiculous. I did call customer service and the man I spoke with was INCREDIBLY nice, apologetic and actually laughed at the fact this location told me that KFC no longer served chicken breasts and informed me they most definitely DO serve chicken breasts. So I did file a complaint with him and and waiting to hear back from the district manager.

We usually go to KFC on Sunday. Our experience is usually ok.This last weekend we went to the store.There were at least 3-4 employees there. We waited at the counter for about 10 minutes without being waited on. They saw us and just ignored us.We finally left and went to Wendy's.I doubt we'll go back to KFC again.

It's pretty sad when a chicken restaurant has no extra crispy coated dark meat over an hour and a half before closing and then would rather let a customer leave and write a bad review than do a little work and make some. If the employees could care less if they retain customers I guess the customers like me will not care about returning. We won't be back!

I had gone there and bought 2 12 chicken nuggets meals ... I was extremely disappointed with the food so I wrote an email to KFC and I was contacted by 2 different employees who are in the management position ... I was pleasantly surprised that they both actually reached by a telephone call and they both were very kind and they asked me questions about my purchase and they both told me that I could come back for 2 12 piece nuggets meal ... I paid over $20 for them and I told I didn't want them and if they could substitute it for a 2 piece Chicken dinner meals ... I actually went there on Sunday evening to get them I was greeted by Connie ... 1 of the managers whom I had spoken to earlier everything was fresh hot and so delicious that is the KFC I have had loved!!! ... Thank you for correcting my issues!!! ... The Chocolate Chip Cake was an added bonus as I was prepared to pay for it ... I was told that it was included with my dinner!!! ... THANK YOU AGAIN CONNIE!!!

I know years ago they had good food here, but that was probably 15 years ago. I have gotten take out from this establishment a handful of times the passed few years. Every time has been not good, but not awful. Today I got a bucket of chicken, and it is absolutely the worse I've ever seen. Shriveled pieces of chicken with no skin. I wish I checked it in the drive through I would not have left without demanding a refund. Zero stars I don't know what is going here. Never go here

I placed an order yesterday online. For a pick up and I got there early and it was ready and waiting. Not sure how long it was there waiting because the food was cold and the biscuits were hard. Such a disappointment.

It's been many years since I've been at this KFC or any KFC really. But I will say it's still pretty good. The chicken was hot and juicy, the mashed potatoes and the mac and cheese were delicious. I love the gravy that they give you for the mashed potatoes and their biscuits are awesome. So yeah it was pretty good.

I bought 8 pcs of chicken and its unbelievably bland, the coleslaw is dry. Gravy is like water and bland. This branch has very poor quality chicken over the years. KFC isnt the same anymore. I only buy there because its the closest.
I used to be a KFC lover, but it turns out that KFC doesn't like me no more and their food is not at it's greatest. There must be something wrong on how this KFC branch is not performing to be great. The kitchen looks terribly dirty and it's not very pleasing to see.So I ordered a bucket of 12 pc chicken, I though at first. "Yes! Finally they put a decent size chicken on the basket". But later that I know, there are 4 pcs of chicken at a decent size and the rest of the pieces were as small as a peace of lemon.Hope they find a better way on how to make this at best! This restaurant needs love from the management.

This place is terrible. The food is fine, it's typical KFC slop like you'd expect. The service is just awful though. They forget something from your order every time, and then they give you the most unconvincing apology I've ever heard. I know it's just fast food, and maybe you hate your job; but I'd be embarrassed to offer that kind of horrible service to a paying customer on a repeating basis. We've all got a job to do, and sometimes it's not fun, but at least pretend to care. That's the bare minimum for customer service. If you can't do that, just quit.

I ordered a few chicken sandwiches, they were cold and the bun was hard and stale. I returned to the counter and the girl w the colored hair says nothing to me I explain the situation, she grabs the sandwich throws it in the garbage and hands me another cold sandwich. Mind u they advertise this as a made to order. Horrible don’t go to this location. Customer service was non existent
