This Hackettstown McDonald's is actually the most modern updated, clean store I've been in yet. I was very impressed with the new upgrades and look and the employees were excellent and they got the orders right and faster then other stores!5 Stars!!!!

I ordered $40 of food. 10 burgers and 5 large fries. We asked for sauce and were told no because we didn't order chicken nuggets. I said I wanted sauce for the fries and was again told no. The manager came and also said no. I was in disbelief that we couldn't have sauce for our fries when I spent so much money there. I just wanted something for my son and his friends. We were told the owner said no and would fire her. I'm not sure what the reason, but it was unacceptable.
