The good was okay but the customer service sucks. Waited 30-45 minutes for FISH. I watched three people come in, get there food, sit down and eat then leave while I still waited. No type of compensation for the wait or inconvenience. Your first appearance is what makes the business. Don't feel like I would be ordering here again.

Stopped by on my home from work. Customer service wasn't too pleasant, sometimes as a patron of an establishment you look for welcoming smile. I order a turkey wing platter. Wings was OK but a little dry. Yams tasted like they were from a can although the black eye peas was very good.

I just DONT UNDERSTAND how they took sumone 1st when I was in line ahead of them they even called her by her first name then the guy in back of me got his food b4 Us! He even made a comment about that! We waited at least 20 minutes. I though I saw our platters but they insisted it was an doordash order!! It seems like IF Yr NOT a regular U WAIT Till they feel like waiting on U!!!

In town from Newark (NJ) and heard good things about this place ... and did not disappoint. Hats off to the staff, as they fulfilled orders quickly to a long and growing line on Superbowl Sunday. Combo platter with 2 BBQ pork ribs and smothered pork chop was a lot of food with corn and candied yams on the side. Looks like a local favorite, understandably so, and likewise, I am certainly not the only out-of-towner to make this place a regular stop while passing through.

The smothered pork chop was to die for, so tender?(and I usually get fried). The wings were on point also. A little too much sugar in the okra, corn and tomatoes ( I'm diabetic ?). I remembered one of the cashier's from Lindenwold and as with the other establishments, everyone is super nice , which means so much. I will be going back because the peach cobbler was calling my name?.

The last two times I ordered, I received Mac n cheese that was very dry and it was crumbled. Mac n cheese should not look like this. Fry chicken is a bit salty though it tastes good. I loved the greens and cabbage. Turkey wings are spicy but very delicious.

The food was delicious ?!I ordered a Mega Fish platter ($19.99) with collard greens and macaroni and cheese. I also ordered two turkey wings($8).The fish was crispy and freshly prepared. It was seasoned perfectly. It was NOT salty. The sides were also perfectly seasoned and fresh. The wings were moist and delicious.I picked up a banana pudding($5) too! It was so good.The counter staff are polite and efficient. This is a take out only establishment.I will definitely visit again!
