I had dinner early on Friday night. Fuji is a popular restaurant in Haddonfield and by 7 pm it was pretty crowded. I had a reservation and was seated immediately. The service was great. I was provided with a knife and fork without asking (sorry I'm not proficient with chopsticks). As usual the food was excellent. I had crabcakes and my friend had steamed salmon special which was quite large and delicious. We finished by sharing a generous portion of green tea ice cream.
Just love this restaurant! Love the wait staff, enjoy (and of course appreciate) the chefs, but most of all LOVE the food! Have never been disappointed! We dine there for any occasion we can think of, even if we have to make one up.

We found a gem in our town. Didn't know before that they carry Uni from Japan and Otoro and chutoto, which Sagami refused to carry. How sad. Love the freshness of the fish. Sushi rice is room temperature which is supposed to!!! Overall, we love everything about it!!!
