“We went there for the first time tonight which happened to be during restaurant week. We ordered from the prix fixe menu with the 3 course meals. It was the most delicious food I have ever had in my life. The service was impeccable. It was definitely a 10/10!!!”

“We've been here a couple of times or about twice a year usually. We were told by the waitress that the menu has changed for avocado toast. We don't eat it at all anyways but did see a change with some drinks.The cafe is lively , seems like the kitchen adds a lot of background noise.The food is great. I had the rhubarb French toast and it wasn't astoundingly sweet, pretty tasty and just right with the texture of the toast and cream was a nice touch.I had the pistachio latte to go and was surprised that there was actual pistachio in it. I thought it just a pistachio syrup”

“My mom threw my bridal shower here this past weekend and everything about the day was perfect. The servers were so great and so sweet and the food was phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make sure the shower was perfect.”

“If you want amazing service and the freshest smoothie you’ve ever had, GO HERE!! The gentleman who helped me was so sweet and let me know I could get a fully customized smoothie that wasn’t on the menu. (Fresh pressed apple juice, raspberry, and pineapple. DELICIOUS!!!) Not to mention the super adorable theme on the inside of the store. I will definitely come back and tell everyone I know about this place, happy to support a small business.”

“The best guac I’ve ever had, hands down! The homemade chips paired excellently with it too. I shared the mini sopesitos and they were great, not too heavy either. The birria tacos hit the spot! Tres leches was so light and fluffy, the perfect ending to a delicious meal. The restaurant is very small but gives a homey, “one of the family” feel. BYOB. Service was prompt and friendly. I can’t wait to come back!Also, the leftover tacos were even great the next day heated up in the air fryer”

“This great little brewery is located in the heart of a beautiful NJ downtown. If you're walking around and getting your boutique shopping on, be sure to stop here for a pour of their Cold Brew Coffee Pale Ale or their roasty Half Moon chocolate vanilla porter.”

“Good food and nice atmosphere. Their portions have gotten smaller and the prices have gone up which I'm not a fan of. Also, the chicken Marsala with crabmeat should have two options. With. Out crabmeat should be cheaper than with crab meat.”

“Yesterday was my first time at Mare Monte and I have to say I was very impressed. My family chose this place for our Easter dinner. From start to finish, it was amazing! Our server, Mindy, was very friendly and super knowledgeable about the food. She even made my great-aunt laugh which is tough to do! I had the Pappardelle Cavatore pasta and the homemade cheesecake.
