this lady who works up front got the worst attitude ever , you ask her for something she doesn’t reply to you and when you repeat your self all she does is she looks at you and say shake her head , never had this terrible service ever in my whole
I ordered 2 iced caramel mocha latte on July 30th, 2023 at 6:22 pm. There were only 2 guys in front of me and it took them 20 minutes till I got to order mine. Fine! But worst part is it took them another 30 minutes to deliver my stuff lol. Latte was so trash and service was so bad. I hope I never have to stop at this service plaza ever again.
