“Some of the best viet food I have had in the tri-state area. The summer rolls were some of the best. The vegan Lemongrass soup was very flavourful and satisfying. The grilled meat Pao also did not disappoint! Everything was cooked to perfection. Cuisine was very authentic. The hostest was very friendly and made great recommendations and suggestions. The atmosphere is very clean and pleasant. Most of the seating is booths. The neon decorations are corky. The chopstix are solid, long, plastic ones. Decore is bright and cheery.“

“I read the reviews online and went there based on their ratings. I was expecting a nice little sit down restaurant but this is actually more of a takeout place. They do have a few tables so we did eat in there. The food was fresh. I wasn't thrilled with the flavors. I got fish tacos and really the only thing I could taste was the cabbage. The guacamole and chips were very good and fresh. I probably won't go back. The people there are extraordinarily nice“
“Wifey and I have been talking about going to Fat Fish Taco for eight years - since they opened - but we FINALLY made it last night. And we. Both agreed we were idiots for waiting so long. This place reminded both of us of being in a Jersey shore restaurant - pleasing and simple decor, friendly people, and good food. They were mostly filled when we got there, but we were seated immediately and started looking over the menu. We opened our wine (yep, it's BYOB) and they brought us some glasses. It was pretty tough deciding what to have. First we considered an appetizer and a couple tacos each, but then the table next to us got their nachos and we decided on those and one taco each. We ordered the nachos with chicken, Wifey got the Baja taco and I had the Blackened Sole taco. Man...it was all good. Kudos to the owner, Steve, and the wait staff. The tacos were delicious and everything tasted so fresh. The nachos were great too, though I would have liked more chicken on them. The chips tasted fresh and everything on top was just amazing. We finished off the evening with a slice of Key Lime pie with two spoons. It's not a stretch to say this is the best Key Lime pie I've ever eaten...anywhere. Could not have asked for a better meal...as Wifey said, it was an "Unexpected Delight. Took us 8 years to finally come here...won't be 8 years til our next visit, that's for sure. Worth every penny.“
“I used to love this place. I wonder if they’re still opened. I went on a Sunday afternoon. Sign on door said closed. Two weeks later I called on a Saturday because I didn’t want to take the drive to find out they’re closed. No answer at all. I called several times. If you’re still opened please get it together. “Even if you're not into Chinese food, you've got to admire the style that comes with it. My top-tier chums and I came here for lunch yesterday after The Pasta Shop had a 90-minute wait (which annoyed them/pretty much quashed any interest they had in trying to go back, and made me want to go even more - so it goes), and were rewarded with approximately a 30-second wait for a table here. Boy is there a lot to look at; I'm not going to risk using incorrect terminology in describing this building, but it's a lot. I'm assuming it's a fairly accurate interpretation of an "authentic" Chinese structure, but that's as far as I'm going. Very unique, very cool. And as someone who has spent a bit of time at a time vortex Chinese place in Rockland County of late, apparently aquariums are a big part of the decor.If you're looking for information on Hunan's authentic Chinese dishes, you've come to the wrong place - we went so basic, we might as well have ordered this with a side of Uggs and a Pumpkin Spice Latte. I ordered my tried and true Sweet & Sour Chicken, one top-tier chum ordered the Sesame Chicken, and the other top-tier chum ordered General Tso's Chicken. The edgiest item we procured were the steamed pork dumplings app to share.Everything here was very solid. These are obviously items that we'd typically get from a hole-in-the-wall takeout establishment, so it was a nice change of pace to eat the chicken off of actual plates (maybe most people do that too with their takeout orders, but I'm a barbarian through and through). The two keys for me when it comes to sweet & sour chicken are ensuring the chicken isn't overly deep fried where you're eating more fried skin than meat, and that the sauce is on the thicker side. Hunan checked off both boxes here, and since it was served with some vegetables, etc., there was some extra flavoring at play as well. The dumplings were very good as well. I've become more of a soup dumpling adherent in recent years, but I liked the seasoning in the pork and was pleased we got something other than generic chicken with our meal.The service overall was above average. I thought it slowed down noticeably towards the end, though we weren't in a rush or anything. But we'd clearly stopped eating and didn't receive a visit from anyone to pack up the leftovers for about 20 minutes - not egregious, and there were tons of staffers all over the place and it would have been very easy to hail someone down if the urgent need arose. Beyond that, everyone we interacted with was pleasant and efficient.One of my chums noted a party room in the back and was openly pondering the possibility of returning in the near future and hosting a birthday in there. I wasn't QUITE as blown away by this place as she was, but I'd definitely come back. “A great Jewish deli with the usual enormous pastrami and corned beef sandwiches. Great for breakfast and lunch (haven’t tried dinner yet) and the service is very good. They offer takeout as well as indoor dining but be sure to check the deli area for great specials and treats.“
“Happened to come across this place by surprise and at the last minute. Was looking for something light - a la a moo shu pork. I wasn't sure what to expect - but have to say it was really, really good. It is the first time I remember eating the whole portion. It was a great balance of vegetables, protein and seasoning. The only down side, using egg roll skin as the pancake is a bit of a cop out. A true Mandarin pancake would have earned it 5 stars.“
“The place is nice , good for quick breakfast-brunch. The menu is pretty big, but the food is not special. We got a flight of jams, it was served with mini croissants, corn muffins and biscuits, but it wasn’t fresh at all. It was warmed up, but tasted like it’s been standing for few days already. I’ve had the smoked salmon omelette that was served with home fries and a toast-it was great. Overall, a nice place but wouldn’t say that I loved it.“
“This, Diner has been here for more than 20 years. It was our first visit. We were greeted with a bright cherry hello! Our server was friendly and efficient. The prices are amazing! Everything is so expensive after the pandemic but at The Ridgedale Diner the prices were great! The place is clean! I had a cheeseburger deluxe, and it was good. Not great but okay. The french fries were the skinny kind. Not my favorite. The pickles were excellent! And we liked the coleslaw. My husband had a waffle, and he liked it very much! We're coming back to try more things!“
“I’m only writing this review based on the excellent service I received at the bar during lunch hours from the best server there Mark. Mark took care of me from the moment I sat down at the bar and made sure everything was to perfection. Mark is an absolute asset to the Springfield location. The food was okay but the service is really what makes people come back. I rate his service a 10/10 because he really cares about the people having an excellent dine in experience. I would also like to mention the manager who worked alongside Mark was impeccable as well. The two of them is what made my experience very pleasant and I will come back again due to their service. Anytime you’re at the Springfield location, ask for Mark and you won’t be disappointed!“
“What's not to like about this place?! I mean, great location, neat interior, greatly friendly staffs, food freshly prepared, free WiFi, comfortable seatings, charging outlets, great welcoming atmosphere, ...etc. You name it! Seriously if I live around this neighborhood, I would love to come here for my cup of Joe everyday! I had a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup with $2 off on one pastry deal. The soup was hot and superb, and the pastry bear claw was delicious as well. The App was user friendly, too. Very nice store!“
