“This place opened after the poke place closed and I'm honestly so glad for it. I no longer need to drive out to Hylan to get Vietnamese food!The staff are amazingly friendly and attentive. The food is fresh and decently sized for the prices, which are pretty good compared to other locations on the island. It's a small shop and most people seem to take out rather than sit in. They also offer rice bowls and bubble tea in addition to noodles and sandwiches!The pho is a bit of a southern style, so it comes with herbs to assemble in your bowl. The beef was a bit tough, but it was probably to avoid people saying it was raw, which is the more traditional way to serve. The chicken pho is also good and made a pretty staying breakfast. The noodles are also decently springy and the broth is always hot.Overall, I hope they do well and I will probably be back some time to satisfy my cravings.“

“It was SO GOOD!!!!! I got the Peach Passionfruit Fruit Tea w/ boba and jelly, and Oh. My. God. That was the best drink I've ever had. I've never had fruit tea with boba, but I'm definitely coming back to have some more. I also got a Croffel (I think that's how you spell it). It's a mix between a waffle and a crossaint, and IT WAS SO GOOD!! The service was great as well! 100% coming back!“

“My first time here and I will definitely be coming back. I ordered the Bun Bo Hue and it was delicious! The broth was tasty and flavorful with a bit of spice. I haven't had pho this tasty in awhile. In pho, the broth is the most important and it didn't disappoint. We also ordered the pork chops. The pork was slightly dry, but it was flavorful and still delicious. The portions are a good size. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the prices are reasonable. Happy I found this gem.“

Can’t complain, bc the green apple fruit tea w aloe vera is very good.Crispy Chicken burger was huge, and sesame bun is very tasty. Juicy tomatoes and lettuce. “I liked this quaint lil ice cream or bubble tea spot in Woodbridge mall. We had some wait for seaquest and while waiting decided to try their waffles with ice cream. I ordered the chocolate waffle and asked them to replace m&ms with mangoes. They did charge me extra for the mangoes though. Overall the waffle was freshly made and the ice-cream was good too! Nothing to not like about an ice-cream and a waffle!“

“We've been ordering from here a lot recently.I really like their food, prices, and service.I do want to point out a minor gripe though.Every so often I get fried chicken wings from Chinese restaurants.They sell 6 fried chicken wings.Only thing is it's actually 6 "buffalo" cuts of wings, which is the wing and drumette, which is a wing halved,... which is actually just 3 wings!So I hope they read this and correct it. Other than that we get food from there weekly so it's good.“

“When I arrived this place had just opened and it was cold inside. , I made an order, the order was ready very quickly within five minutes, I ordered soup ? beef pho, the soup was not traditional but tasty, brought in a plastic disposable plate, the spoon was also small and plastic and it was not very convenient to eat it, I don’t know why they use this plastic usually the soup is served in traditional Vietnamese ceramic plates, and the spoon is also traditional, I like their spoons ? and here the plastic was not comfortable to eat because of this. wanted to change dishes… pho soup tasted like 5 stars delicious real… sprouted beans were fresh.. who likes real traditional pho you need to visit this place… inside is clean comfortable and cozy.. recommend to everyone . only one minus is this plastic dish ?Good was great! The ice creams are great and the prices are very fair. I come here a lot and it never disappoints. They open later than other dessert spots and there's seating here for about 10-15 ppl. The staff is really nice and welcoming.“

“My favorite bubble tea place around. Every time I go to the Asian food store next door I stop and get a bubble tea for me and the kids to share. We'll get a fruit tea and a milk tea and usually try to get it less sweet than they would make it. Everything is good there. Warning, their taro, which they do tell you up front, is not the typical artificial tasting one but it's more original to how rare tastes, they include the starchy pieces of taro and it almost feels gritty and lumpy. That wasn't what I expected and I got it for my husband and he was not a fan. The fruit teas taste so fresh and have fresh fruit. Overall good and a nice place to get a treat after shopping“

While the name on "the spice is right' is very cute, the actual combination was not my favorite.Portions are good, but a fair number of up charges for different ingredients, I guess because kani (fake crab) is not considered a protein.The tea was tasty.
